とても貴重な体験が出来ました

携帯電話で予約したが2人のコミュニケーションが悪く重複予約や日付間違いをしてしまい電話を受けた方が全部処理してくださいました、とても助かりました、有難うございました

Pros:

設備が清潔で気持ちよく過ごせる。トイレとお風呂が別なのも良い。ベットのすぐ横に洗面があるのは初めてだったけど手洗いやお化粧に便利に使えて良かった。
フロントの方も笑顔で丁寧な接客で良かった。

Cons:

スタジアムシティ全体が広いためホテルの入り口や、予約していたジップラインの受付場所が分かりにくく感じた。

Great base for our short visit to Nagasaki.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and facilities (gym and onsen) were great. The location was perfect for visiting the peace memorial and museum as it is accessible through tram or walking. Excellent izakayas were within walking distance. The breakfast was also great. So much variety for the price.

お風呂は、湯船があり、ゆっくり入れました。飲み物が冷蔵庫に有り、助かりました。
部屋からの眺めがとても良かったです。

最高でした！
Pros:

部屋の居心地が最高に良かった！窓際に座って下界を見る初体験でした！大浴場からサッカー場も見渡せるんだよ！
湯沸し器の横に小さな流し場が有って、とっても便利だった！お湯を沸かす水を風呂場へ汲みに行かずに済みました。

Cons:

大浴場のロッカーがダイアル錠で初めてで使いにくかったのと、あがってから、どのロッカーだったか迷ってしまった。

Serjour exceptionnel dans un lieu magnifique
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse avec super équipements, et tout l’espace bien être est extraordinaire. La salle de sport très bien équipée et le onde et piscine majestueux avec vue sur le stade. Parfait.

ホテルは、快適！
Pros:

お部屋は清潔、設備は最新で快適だった。

Cons:

駐車場料金が、高かった。
前回、長崎ANAクラでは、駐車場料金が無料だったので、特に気になった。
