I set up reservation online through booking.com when I got there nobody was at the front desk and I never got any email about where the hell I was supposed to go and stay I still got charged for the room for two nights and can't get my money back

The room has all the basics needed with extra sheets and blankets in drawers.
Very comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom.
The mini kitchen is definitely the star of these rooms.
