Überraschend gut!

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderbaren, erholsamen Gegend, Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal super freundlich. Das Frühstück war phantastisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

Cons:

Eigentlich könnte man 10 von 10 Punkten für das Hotel vergeben. Jedoch gab es zwei Kritikpunkte:
1. Zum einen ist der Check-in-Automat völliger Blödsinn, da er meinen Namen nicht kannte. Erst mit Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin konnte über die hotelinterne Buchungsnummer ein automatisierter Check-In erfolgen. Warum ein Automat, wenn doch Personal notwendig ist? Außerdem möchte ich als Gast von einer natürlichen Person empfangen werden und nicht mit Gepäck vor einem Automaten stehen.
2. Zum anderen kann man die Zimmerfenster im Schlafbereich nicht öffnen. Das ist ein NO-GO!!! Fenster muss man zum Lüften und für nächtliche Frischluft öffnen können. Die Klimaanlagen sind nicht nur energiefressende Monster, sondern auch Virenschleudern.

Marvelous choice to enrich your stay in Götheborg.
Pros:

The friendliest staff you could imagine. Any request is dealt with immediately. They really make you feel at home. The breakfast is perfect. Lots of choises. Always fresh. Great location at the bay. Room with a view on the bay.

Cons:

There is no wardrobe in the room to hang out your clothes (shirts etc). Near the entrance there is a little cupboard with a little fridge and some shelves to put away some clothes.
