En arrivant à 14h toute les lumières étaient éteintes, personne à l’accueil, seul un petit chien ce trouvait là. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques, c’est un client qui est venu me donner ma clé. La situation était vraiment surréaliste. Quand j’ai voulu sortir j’ai trouvé la grille fermée. J’ai fait appel aux voisins pour qu’il appelle par téléphone. Plus tard, au moment de rentrer même problème. Quand je suis parti à 12h rebelote personne pour m’ouvrir. À chaque fois j’ai appelé, et chercher de l’aide 30 à 40 minutes à chaque fois….c’est du jamais vu. Sur le plan de la sécurité c’est très grave si les clients sont bloqués dans le bâtiment.

The host is super supportive and very nice. My family had 3 nights here and we are very satisfied with our staying with the affordable price. The best thing I love most would be the windy window in the room and in the toilet as well. I even did not need the air conditional in December. The host has a son and he has Sup Can Tho service, I wish I had known about that before so I can schedule my plan before to experience. He also can be a tour guide if you want him to take you to another province. I did not know about that so I had to choose another tourguide with a higher price and service.
It took me nearly 3 days to decide Mid night homestay cause finding a place to stay in the center of Can Tho with this price and service is not easy and I totally happy with it.
If the bed draft have brighter color and the pillow is softer, I will give 10/10

The room looks cozy, exactly as shown on the pictures. The bed is soft. For a homestay pretty good.
There is a restaurant specialized in ducks and Chinese style cuisine. Definitely worth a try.
Location is not ideal. Unless you have some business in the area.

They gave our room to someone else because we didn’t pay a deposit even though we booked through booking.com. Put us in the staff quarters downstairs next to the kitchen with our very own cockroach. No hot water for the whole stay.Moved us to a proper room for our second night. Refused to pay the full amount so we negotiated a discount. Lady who greeted us was very rude and the man on the phone she contacted put the phone down on me…..gave them a 7 and that’s only because they gave us our room for the second night !! Otherwise it would have been less.
