A convenient location, but overall disapppointed.
Pros:

The apartments were spacious & had most things we needed. The heated floors were nice. The kitchen was thorough.

Cons:

The parking cost extra, which was unnecessary at the price of the stay.
The hair dryer doesn’t match the quality of the other facilities.
The staff were really rude about us leaving & called twice, we told them we’d be 5 minutes and a staff member came upstairs to kick us out!
The pillows are really uncomfortable and the lighting is terrible.

Great stay, I would love to return
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, the standard apartment was well equipped and the location was ideal.

Cons:

The duvet and pillows were not great, duvet was very hot and the pillows were too soft. There was a lot of noise from the apartment above - furniture scraping and walking around on the tile floors.

Beautiful apartment.
Pros:

The pictures dont do justice to this place, its absolutely gorgeous. Clean, well kept. Staff are super kind and nice, fully stocked fridge, and kitchen amenities. Everything was a dream in our short stay. Bed very comfortable. We had a misunderstanding on extra sofa bed and the hotel solved this inconvenience immediately, so communication is fast. Children friendly, modern..... do not think twice, stay here.

Cons:

Parking, its in downtown reykjavik where parking is an issue, pay for their parking, its cheaper than hoping to get a front of hotel parking which we didnt after few rounds and we parked in a basement parking overnight and was charged 6800 for 1 night. From someone coming from south with free parking everywhere, i still need to figure out the parking madness in the city. Noise at night from outside but that goes away fast.
