Friendly staff would go back based on them alone !!
Pros:

The staff made the whole experience they were so friendly, kind, gave us lots of recommendations (special mention to the front of house worker, female with braces she was wonderful)!! Good drinks, fruit service. Close to markets.

Cons:

Smelly bathroom, had to always keep the door shut, lights broken made it quite dark at night.

Hotel très bon emplacement, calme piscine appréciable en fin journée. Restaurants a proximité.

A really good hotel with just the friendliest of staff.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful, helped with trips, made recommendations and were always welcoming. Room was very good - hotel seems new. Pool was good to relax by when you needed a break. Hotel is located a 10/15 min walk away from the bustle of Chang Mai centre but there are other good bars (Rewind Bar for good cocktails) and restaurants (Pakhorn for Thai food) nearby too.
