Położenie, duża ilość roślinności, piękne patio z basenem, dostęp do gorących napojów i dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Great location, great room, great stay.
Pros:

Location was good and felt safe, nearby to restaurants, air conditioning worked perfectly, breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Some of the sheets had a few stains on them. It wasn't a big deal because we were only using 2 of the three beds in the room, but I know this will be a point of contention for a lot of people.

Clean, hot water, plated breakfast not ready in time

Cons:

Breakfast is a joke! You get a tiny plated portion, that won't nearly fill you up.
They say, that breakfast is from 7, but that is the earliest you can place an order, such that it starts 7.30 the earliest. Rather unflexibel and late, especially if you are taking a tour.
It could be a good hotel, if they would offer a buffet starting 30 min before sunrise.

Empáticos y comprensivos
Pros:

El vuelo se canceló y tuvimos que llegar más tarde al hotel, fueron empáticos y amables y entieron que no fue por una negligencia ni falta de reponsabilidad y nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más de tiempo. Estoy muy agradecido.

Pros:

Son muy amables y serviciales, la habitación estándar un poco pequeña, pero por eso es estándar. Por un poco más tienes una habitación grande.
Si quieres bañarte en la piscina te dan toallas y el desayuno muy completo.
Incluso nos guardaron 3 días nuestro equipaje durante nuestro tour por las Amazonas.
