Un lugar para volver
Pros:

Super lugar para pasar las vacaciones. Tuvimos una habitación con una vista espectacular al puerto.
Muy céntrico a pocos pasos del puerto con muchos restaurantes, bares.
El personal muy amable.

Comfortable room in excellent location steps away from the Venetian harbour and Chania Old Town
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Lovely shower and toiletries. Amazing view over rooftops to Venetian Harbour.

Cons:

Original Venetian residence, therefore two long stairways up to room, no lift. This wasn't highlighted in the hotel facilities. Not ideal for anyone struggling with stairs.

La habitación del horror...
Pros:

Nada, no me gustó nada .

Cons:

Es realmente una estafa, te muestran una habitación iluminada y cuando lleguemos te dan una habitación con una ventana que es claustofobica, de la limpieza ni hablar, un edificio sin ascensor y todas las escaleras sucias, le hemos pedido un secador de cabello y la respuesta es que estaba en la habitación todavía lo estoy buscando, viajamos muchísimo y jamás he visto una estafa semejante.la
