Pros:

Klidné místo, 10 minut pěšky od historického centra města, možnost parkovat před hotelem, vynikající snídaně, majitel nás přivítal skleničkou rakije a umožnil nám vybrat si z několika podobných pokojů ten nejlepší. Cestovali jsme s malým psem, za kterého nám nebyl účtován poplatek. Pokoj byl dobře vybaven , byl s malým balkonem.

Excellent location near the center
Pros:

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the center, breakfast was good, and the host was friendly. They even served us an early breakfast when we asked. Rooms were clean and decent, though quite basic. Overall, good value for the price we paid.

Cons:

The rooms are quite basic and the furniture feels a bit old - some renovation would definitely make the stay even better.

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. Il phon in camera era nuovo con ancora l'etichetta. Dovrei dare 5 stelle solo perché il proprietario ci ha chiesto di farlo assillandoci per tutto il nostro soggiorno di fare una buona recensione dando 5 stelle.

Cons:

All'arrivo veniamo accolti da questo signore che in malo modo ci dice che il parcheggio è per sole macchine e non per moto. Ad ogni modo riusciamo a metterla in un angolo. La reception è un tavolo pieno di carte e quaderni: il signore non sapeva nemmeno che arrivavamo infatti ci ha fatto notare che era tutto pieno e non sapeva se ci combinava la camera o meno. Dopo un po' ci da le chiavi, camera al 3 piano senza ascensore della parte di albergo che secondo me è un motel e non hotel. Dopo aver fatto non so quanti scalini per arrivare con due valigie pesanti arriviamo in camera. La camera è molto spartana. C'è il frigo che è meglio non aprilo o accenderlo se si vuole dormire la notte. Il letto è confortevole però le lenzuola sono macchiate o pieni di peli e capelli. Sembravano essere state lavate. Nonostante la presenza di capelli sul pavimento e sugli asciugamani, il bagno era abbastanza ok. Evitate la colazione, meglio fare 10 minuti a piedi e farla in un bar. Internet non funzionava.

Boravak u Hotelu San bio je pravo uživanje! Smestaj je izuzetno komforan, čist i uredan, sa svim sadržajima koji su potrebni za prijatan odmor. Sve je lepo uređeno i vidi se da se vodi računa o svakom detalju. Lokacija je odlična, a atmosfera u hotelu vrlo prijatna i mirna. Posebno bih želela da pohvalim gazdu – izuzetno ljubazan, gostoprimljiv i uvek na raspolaganju za sve što je potrebno.

Było ok podjechać i mieć blisko do Dubrovnika. Pan recepcjonista pomocny, ale w hotelu jak z lat '90. Najlepsza Pani z kuchni - szefie daj jej podwyżkę bo była sama a ratowała sytuację. Parking przy hotelu, ale mało miejsca

Cons:

Bardzo słaby internet, prawdopodobnie spowodowany słabym zasięgiem na ostatnim piętrze. Na śniadanie trzeba przyjść w punkt bo wszystko wyjedzone. Dziwna atmosfera, starsze panie jedzenie pakowały do swoich toreb.

Pros:

A volte le apparenze possono trarre in inganno, il primo impatto non è stato dei migliori, poi tutto è cambiato. Stanza pulita, letto comodo, accoglienza casalinga e ottima colazione. A due passi dal centro e con parcheggio coperto. C'è tutto quello che serve.

Cons:

Tieni in considerazione il fatto di dover fare delle scale per arrivare nella stanza. Per me non è stato un problema.
