The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. The setting in the jungle was amazing.
It lacked attention to detail. The rooms don't have bedside tables, glasses, a shelf in the shower to put your things etc. Just basics which show a lack of thought.
Staff were nice but poorly trained and seemed unable to answer even basic questions.
It could be really good but it feels no one is really leading it with any passion.
Very expensive for what it is.
It's a newer hotel so the facilities are quite nice. Everything was clean, the pool was amazing and a huge highlight for my daughter. The food was also very good. We ordered pizza one night which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond when I asked to get clothes laundered and even gave us a ride to the bus station when a staff person was already going in that direction. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing
This is a brand new hotel with à beautiful garden and pool to relax after your visit to the archeological site. The family is very welcoming and it is conveniently located, a few km from the park entrance and outside the city of Palenque where there is not much to enjoy. Definitely a very good (if not the best) address for you stay in Palenque.
The hotel has a restaurant but the menu is not yet up to the quality/ranking of the place but I am sure this will improve as they settle in.
Beautiful terraces and garden. Small, but refreshing swimming pool. Bar and small restaurant serving limited food, but amazing guacamole. Attentive, helpful staff. Next to the Maya ruins.
Fantastic location. Easy to get a colectivo to the ruins, and there is a walking trail to town or the ruins right out front. The entire hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beautiful garden is a great place to sip a margarita in the evening and listen to the howler monkeys. The Aluxes Ecopark is right across the street, and it has a paved hiking trail through the jungle. Also, the
bed was very comfortable, and the shower and air conditioner work perfectly. We travel a lot, and this hotel is as good as it gets!
Having to leave.
Absolutely stunning and new boutique hotel - the best we have stayed at after a month in Mexico. It is very close to the Palenque ruins. Pool area is absolutely lovely as are the wonderful gardens, it's very well-maintained. Had secure parking with a 24/7 guard. Staff are super friendly. Nice little bar / restaurant area serving breakfast and very good snacks through the day. Our A/C room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Wifi worked well. Loved lying in bed listening to the howler monkeys in the jungle. The shower was also fantastic - rainfall shower and hot! We thought it was very good value for money.
Location is great, not too far from centro (You can either take a taxi or a bus) also quite close to the Palenque Archeological Site. Stunning!
The place is near the main road but you wouldn’t know. It’s pretty quiet.
It also has a pool.
Needs a more extensive menu. That being said, they pretty much just opened. I’m quite sure that in due time, they’ll sort things out.
