Très bel hôtel récent, calme, on a aperçu des singes depuis le jardin et des aras en vol depuis la piscine.
Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais mais nous nous sommes débrouillés.

Bruyant car présence d’une porte reliant la chambre d’à côté et la nôtre donc le son passé, de plus les personnes à côté de nous on regarder un film sur la télé à minuit et on entendait tout !

Muy buena ubicación, personal amable y habitaciones muy amplias, modernas, cómodas y muy limpias. La alberca también está muy linda. En general, nos pareció que tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio y que lo que pagamos fue totalmente adecuado para la calidad y el servicio que recibimos.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Heel smaakvol ingericht, zowel de kamers als de tropische tuin. Het zwembad was ook top. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, restaurant ook goed!

Pros:

We were in the outskirts of the jungle, surrounded by luscious greenery. The place is in Palenque, Chiapas, one of the most beautiful states of Mexico.

The place was a decent sized boutique hotel, with modern style architecture. The ambiance was cozy and had an incredible number of spaces to hang around: 3 gardens (front one filled with palm trees and a little stone road, a back space for parties covered with plants and a tree, and a furthermost backyard to roam around, closer to the wilderness) terrace, restaurant, pool. The staff was quite accommodating and amicable, they were always keen to provide support throughout our stay. We were supposed to do our check-in around 3pm but we were allowed in 2 hours in advance without extra charge. Be mindful, this can only occur if the rooms are already vacant.

They also helped us arrange a taxi towards the airport.

Montserrat, one of the receptionist was particularly sweet.

Our rooms were connected and each was incredibly spacious, toilet and shower also great, we had direct access to the front garden and it was such a vibe, we will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Cons:

We didn't particularly dislike anything, but it would be useful to have a safe, the menu options could have more diversity and maybe a change the laundry detergent would upgrade the toiletries.

Location rilassante!
Pros:

Struttura a 5 minuti dal sito archeologico di Palenque, immersa nel verde ...considerate che dalla piscina si sono sentite le scimmie urlatrici nel tardo pomerggio! Unico neo che è mancata la luce per un temporale arrivato in tarda serata (qui piove spesso), ma nonostante tutto ottima struttura e personale molto disponibile.

It could be a great place
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. The setting in the jungle was amazing.

Cons:

It lacked attention to detail. The rooms don't have bedside tables, glasses, a shelf in the shower to put your things etc. Just basics which show a lack of thought.
Staff were nice but poorly trained and seemed unable to answer even basic questions.
It could be really good but it feels no one is really leading it with any passion.
Very expensive for what it is.

Pros:

It's a newer hotel so the facilities are quite nice. Everything was clean, the pool was amazing and a huge highlight for my daughter. The food was also very good. We ordered pizza one night which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond when I asked to get clothes laundered and even gave us a ride to the bus station when a staff person was already going in that direction. I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice boutique hotel nestled in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool!
Pros:

This is a brand new hotel with à beautiful garden and pool to relax after your visit to the archeological site. The family is very welcoming and it is conveniently located, a few km from the park entrance and outside the city of Palenque where there is not much to enjoy. Definitely a very good (if not the best) address for you stay in Palenque.

Cons:

The hotel has a restaurant but the menu is not yet up to the quality/ranking of the place but I am sure this will improve as they settle in.
