Nos hemos quedado en Chivay a nuestro camino al cañon de Colca. El jefe del Hotel era muy amable. El cuarto era muy grande como un apartamento con cocina y todo y muy bueno. La cama tambien era muy comoda.Nosotros nos sentiamos en casa.

Bel hôtel 3* proche de la place principale. Bien équipé et bien décoré. Accueil agréable. Un radiateur très apprécié dans la chambre. Chambre calme.

Tenía radiador y agua caliente. El sitio está muy cerca de la plaza principal. La habitación y el baño muy limpios.
Le recomendamos no hacer el pago en soles si la reserva está en dólares, ya que el cambio que manejan es bastante malo. El sitio donde se servía el desayuno estaba un poco frío. No hay ascensor. La habitación no está muy bien insonorizada respecto a la calle.

A Internet não funciona nos quartos. Tem que ir em espaços comuns ou na recepção para ter sinal. Com o frio a noite, ter que sair do quarto para acessar o sinal é um problema.

La atención del señor Iván, fue muy amable y servicial.
La chambre était confortable et spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire y compris radiateur et sèche-cheveux.
Le personnel était très serviable et nous a permis d'avancer l'horaire du petit-déjeuner afin que nous puissions en profiter avant notre excursion.
Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel serviable et chambre confortable. Le chauffage nous a beaucoup aidé. Et le monsieur de la réception nous a bien conseillé pour les thermes. Merci encore à lui !
