The location and the staff was very good, otherwise we were disappointed.
Pros:

The location was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was too small. There was very little room on each side of the bed. It should be with Acropolis view, but you could see half view of Acropolis only from a corner of the balcony. The price was too high.

Mi hanno fatto un grande sconto sulla colazione. Veramente gentili

Cons:

La colazione era buona, ma per un quattro stelle mi aspettavo qualcosina in piu.
I muri non credo fossero isolati bene tra una stanza e l altra. Si sentivano tutti i rumori delle stanze affianco. Tipo rumori della doccia, porte che si chiudevano e addirittura gli interruttori delle luci.

Very good location and friendly, welcoming staff.
Pros:

Great location and very warm hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

A small point for improvement would be the sound insulation, as some noise could be noticeable. The elevator was sometimes slow and a bit inconvenient to use.
