The worst

Here to express my extreme frustration on how horrible this place is, I come to dahab for the past 2 years and I've never ever been in a horrible place. Dahab is beautiful and its people are even more but this place? 0 hospitality. 0 manners in speaking to guests. 0 professionalism.

First of all, I've booked a superior TRIPLE ROOM. And received a single bed superior. Should of been refunded the price difference for my room and as it was meant to be room for 3 not 2 and breakfast for 3 not 2 - which didnt happen and i was too exhausted with horrible service to even bring it up.

I entered my room thats supposed to be clean as it's a new room. I entered with dust all over my floor and room. Entered bathroom with dirt on the stool.. no tissues.. and I had to wait for the next day for house keeping to even get back to my call.

The bed had ants on it - i slept with a big rash on my back. And my asthma allergies got triggered the worst hereI had to call the manager at 1am to get me a new fresh sheet and blanket - which also should have been the norm.

All in all, ammar is the only person that maintained professionalism and practiced hotel hospitality. The rest of the team will give you the worst time. Talking back at guests, breakfast thats late 1 hour and a half.

Breakfast thats not even a mini course meal - its honestly embarrassing to show.

Horrible experience here. Hotel staff need training on how to deal with guests and not talk to them as if they're you're a relative.

تجربة سيئة جدًا! وصلت للفندق الساعة 4 الفجر وأعطوني غرفة قذرة ومقرفة فيها صرصور ميت! ولما طلبت تغيير الغرفة، الموظف بكل وقاحة حكالي آخذ أغراضي وأطلع من الفندق! وفوق كل هذا، اضطررت أطلب مستلزمات تنظيف 4 مرات حتى أعطوني إياها. نظافة معدومة، تعامل سيئ جدًا وقلة احترام للنزلاء. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق أبدًا!
Terrible experience! I arrived at 4 AM and was given a filthy room with a DEAD COCKROACH inside! When I asked to change rooms, the staff member rudely told me to take my belongings and leave the hotel! I also had to ask FOUR TIMES just to get basic cleaning supplies. Disgusting cleanliness standards, extremely rude staff, and absolutely unacceptable service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very unpleasant
Pros:

Almost nothing

Cons:

The place was absolutely disgusting. There were huge cockroaches on the bed and walls, and the bathroom and bidet were filled with black water no matter how much you let the water run. The hotel’s beach was rocky and covered in algae. The cafeteria was barely open and had nothing decent to eat or drink .

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel leur bienveillance leur gentillesse on était au petit soin ! Très proche de l’étang de kite surf. Ils ont une jolie plage.

Un peu loin du centre, wifi que à la réception.

location right at the beach is very nice, sadly they are too far from the downtown and don't have any real restaurant so it is so hard to eat

Cons:

the staff was so rude, they were more interesting in check out us than in check in us for another night, requesting for towels we had to ask several times to get it and the breakfast is not including coffee and if you want to buy it you have to walk and get it from another coffee spot. shower was not working properly and in general the electricity was not working, I think it doesn't match the value the room cost, I would rather go to somewhere else than stay here feeling unwelcome

Nice room and staff. Very peaceful location, only place in Dahab where I was able to sleep without earplugs. Own terrace with sea and mountain view, best snorkeling spot in town on the beach

Breakfast wasnt too special, but there are many good and affordable breakfast places are within short walking distance.

Pros:

This place is absolutely amazing and so relaxing.
The room was very close to the beach and incredibly peaceful.
After 12 days of hectic traveling, staying here was totally worth it—perfect for relaxing by the beach.
Restaurants are nearby, just a 10-minute walk along the beach.
I’ll definitely come back again soon!
