location right at the beach is very nice, sadly they are too far from the downtown and don't have any real restaurant so it is so hard to eat
the staff was so rude, they were more interesting in check out us than in check in us for another night, requesting for towels we had to ask several times to get it and the breakfast is not including coffee and if you want to buy it you have to walk and get it from another coffee spot. shower was not working properly and in general the electricity was not working, I think it doesn't match the value the room cost, I would rather go to somewhere else than stay here feeling unwelcome
Nice room and staff. Very peaceful location, only place in Dahab where I was able to sleep without earplugs. Own terrace with sea and mountain view, best snorkeling spot in town on the beach
Breakfast wasnt too special, but there are many good and affordable breakfast places are within short walking distance.
This place is absolutely amazing and so relaxing.
The room was very close to the beach and incredibly peaceful.
After 12 days of hectic traveling, staying here was totally worth it—perfect for relaxing by the beach.
Restaurants are nearby, just a 10-minute walk along the beach.

Personal war sehr bemüht, um Wünsche bzw. Anliegen zu erfüllen.
Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein (Gemüse, Zutaten wie Zwiebel und Gewürze zum Rührei, Käse o.ä.). Heißwassererzeugung nicht mehr vorhanden und umständlich, auch kein Kaffee mehr angeboten.
Die Matten für die Liegen liegen ständig draußen, sind dadurch stark beschmutzt und teils verrottet. Diese wurden in früheren Jahren abends immer eingelagert, was unumgänglich ist! Diese wären nun unbedingt zu erneuern.
Es wäre ebenso lobenswert wenn wieder 2 Trink-Gläser DZ bereit stünden, auch das war vor Jahren noch üblich.

The location of the hotel is great great. It is a short walk to the Lagoon with its windsurfing and kitesurfing centers as well as to Shakhraba str with its small restaurants and shops. The hotel is right at the beachfront and the views are amazing.
Staff is super friendly. Said and Akhmed were very helpful.
The room was basic, but it was expected given the price i paid.
The place requires investment (garden, facilities, bathrooms) to turn it into a cozy little beachfront hotel, but that would lead to increased prices.
Location offers excellent value for money, beautiful views and easy beach access. The staff and management offered friendly, professional and personalised service…Lagona is highly recommended.

they have better rooms than ours. but was occupied by other guests. so they couldn't move us there..
AC very loud inside the room, no windows, small rooms. food was insufficient and few: fool eggs vegitables, ...
They closed the breakfast room in front of our faces at 9:55 (they close at 10:00)

I think that they need more care from the hotel regarding claining.
Restaurant with no opetions in have no issue to change the breakfast with additional charge also no availability of launch or dinner
The stuff is very helpful and the manager take care of solving small problems and the place was safety and clean ,The food in the kitchen was clean and very nice compared to its price
