Pros:

Quiet lane in the old city, great location close to Ta Phae Gate, night market etc. Rooms a bit tired but clean, comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure. Peaceful balcony to relax overlooking the pool.

Stay here. It’s amazing.
Pros:

The location of this property is second to none. Not only is it less than 50m grom the main walking st, it is also secluded from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. I’ve been to Chiang Mai for the last five years with work and holiday and this one wins hands down.

Cons:

Can’t think of any major dislikes about this property. A lack of sun reaching the pool area during the day is a shame - but I really am Knit picking there. It’s a pretty awesome pool area

Nice place in the Old City.
Pros:

The location is great. Love the pool. Good value. The room was spacious and the design of the hotel is elegant. All round I would certainly recommend it. I will stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location - needs an update
Pros:

Location was amazing, balcony was great, nice pool

Cons:

room was quite small and run down, very dusty in the corners, with cobwebs on the ceiling and banged up furniture. smell coming from the drains was very strong - we had to use plastic bags to block the drain to lessen the smell, and the AC was so dusty we would wake up feeling very stuffy. Pipes were very noisy.

The related restaurant/breakfast place could have been better. One day no coffee for instance, breakfast not too good. However, this is not run by the hotel.
