Très décevant
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Pour un 4* il n'est clairement pas au niveau.
Les infrastructures sont étalées sur 3 bâtiments, l'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas suffisante et on entend la circulation et les bruits extérieurs.
Le sèche-cheveux est accroché par son fil électrique au mur sans miroir à l'opposé de la salle de bain. Pas de patère pour accrocher les serviettes de bain. Les repas sont pris dans une salle extrêmement bruyante avec de la techno dès le matin, cela fait cantine avec des buffets sans saveurs. Manque de vaisselle car petit déjeuner servi dans des gobelets en carton et la vaisselle est dépareillée.
Lors de notre arrivée personne ne nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'établissement, et aucune notice explicative dans la chambre. Nous avons dû réclamer l'ensemble des informations, donc pas d'accueil standard à l'arrivée des clients.
Bref pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme ce n'est pas du tout justifié, extrêmement déçue.

Don’t go there
Pros:

Don’t know were to start. Room was not very clean. A lot of small animals in room. In the night you can’t open doors for fresh air because od the mosquitos. We didn’t sleep two nights after that we left even though we had three more nights. Air conditioning is very bad. Temperature in the room was around 30 degrees so it was impossible to sleep. Food is terrible it’s like school canteen but worse. We eat there first day after that we said better to eat in other restaurant. Also the beach is terrible and very dirty. In this town you have nothing to do or to see. Better not to come here. We put do not disturb and they come at 8 o clock and banging on the doors. Also coming inside the room through the day also do not disturb sign was on. They left window open also all the lights were on so the mosquito can come in. When we said that we are leaving and want money for the remaining days they didn’t accept that. They said only possibly is to give us voucher to come back next year. I said this is joke. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone this hotel and city. Rethymno city is faaar more better and also better hotels, food…

Οταν έκλεισα το δωμάτιο ζήτησα με μήνυμα που έστειλα να υπάρχουν δύο μόνο κρεβάτια και όχι ενιαίο . Δεν ακούστηκα και όταν έφτασα και το ζήτησα πάλι μου είπαν ότι μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσουν την επόμενη μέρα .

A part la galère de changement de chambres, Sympa!

Le village très sympa

Cons:

La première nuit très belle chambre mais
des bêtes dans le lit, on a dû changer de chambre
On nous a donné une chambre hyper humide,
on a dormi dans des drapés hyper humides donc pas confortable du tout nous n’avons pas dormir de la nuit dans ces conditions !

La 2ème nuit obligé de rechanger de chambre
Moins belle mais déjà on a pu dormir .

Grundsätzlich positiv zu bewerten ist die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe eines schönen Strands und eines pulsierenden Dorfzentrums mit vielen Läden und Tavernen!

Cons:

a.) unmotivierte Mitarbeiter, welche zugleich vor den Gästen interne betriebliche Konflikte lautstark austrugen

b.) kein Aufzug in einem Teil der oberen Stockwerke (Koffer schleppen über enge Stiegen)

c.) billigste Plastikbecher bei allen Getränken im Hotel sowie Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet, welches keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne Haus Standard entsprechen

What a lovely vacation 😌
What a brand new fantastic hotel for adults and family. .
Fantastic food and drinks too.
We had an upgrade suite with swim up and it was the best room.
Overall through an excellent hotel and we would recommend.

Toller Urlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr, sehr schön und sauber, aber am meisten war ich in den Service verliebt. Wir hatten diesen wirklich netten Kellner in der Bar, der die besten Mojitos überhaupt und einfach die besten Drinks generell gemacht hat (wenn du jemals hierherkommst, wirst du ihn sofort erkennen). Der Pool hat Spaß gemacht und der Strand war wunderschön. Es war allerdings ziemlich voll, aber das war in Ordnung.
