Prijzig hotel met matige hospitality
Pros:

De ligging vh hotel is top. Binnen 5 minuten in de levendige straatjes. Goed bed en fijne badkamer.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is weggestopt in een wat ongezellige ruimte. Bij de receptie en boven in de ontspanningsruimte is een deel van het personeel totaal niet geïnteresseerd in de bezoeker. Er werd niet eens normaal goedendag gezegd toen ik het terras bezocht. De oortjes bleven in en nul interactie. Ik logeer ongeveer 100 nachten per jaar in hotels over de hele wereld en dit heb ik serieus nog nooit meegemaakt. Hier wel twee uitzonderingen, de mijnheer van de ontbijtzaal en de zeer vriendelijke receptioniste op vrijdag ochtend en zaterdagochtend, zij spraken ons vriendelijk toe. De anderen mogen wat mij betreft een cursus hospitality volgen, en een paar woorden Engels is toch ook niet te veel gevraagd in een Internationaal hotel.

El hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Santander
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente: en pleno centro de la ciudad y a pocos pasos del paseo marítimo, de restaurantes y de atracciones turísticas. La simpatía del personal se destaca, lo que hace que la estancia sea más agradable. El hotel estaba muy limpio y la habitación era espaciosa, con un cuarto de baño igualmente amplio.

Cons:

El desayuno podría haber tenido más variedad. Es el único punto en el que el hotel no nos gustó tanto. Las valoraciones anteriores puntuaban bien el desayuno, pero, para nuestro gusto, no fue tan destacable.

Pros:

Great location, nice building, unique room design. The room clean.

Cons:

The bed made noises when i moved. The pillows are of poor quality. Strange noise in the wall next to the Tv (rom 317), like a pump or something. The breakfast laks simple things like plain yogurt and ingredients for it, although they were some in the first day but not in the fallowing 2, although we asked. The coffee is horrible (very cheap machine in the breakfast area). I bought capsules and made coffee in the room on a machine that did not have all its parts.
