No recomiendo este hotel
Pros:

El desayuno nos pareció bien, aunque muchos en las reseñas escriben que es bastante flojo. Con esto quiero mostrar que no somos personas demasiado exigentes y que podemos pasar por alto pequeños detalles que no afectan a la calidad del descanso.

El aparcamiento, a unos 500 metros, es de pago: 15 euros al día. Aquí sí queremos dar las gracias al hotel, porque nos reservaron una plaza a través de ellos y también les pagamos a ellos.

Cons:

En el diseño y la restauración del hotel se ha invertido mucho dinero, pero todo lo estropea la falta de atención a los pequeños detalles.

En general, se puede pasar por alto si no quieres arruinarte las vacaciones. ¡Pero! En nuestra habitación no funcionaba el grifo mezclador de la ducha. El agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente. No había término medio. Informamos de ello al personal y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación (había habitaciones libres, lo comprobamos en la web). La chica de la recepción nos dijo que lo revisarían y nos informarían. Un empleado del hotel vino, pero nada cambió. ¡¡¡No pudimos ducharnos con normalidad durante cuatro días!!!! Al final, yo me lavaba el pelo en el lavabo y mi marido me echaba agua de una botella. ¿Les parece esto aceptable en un hotel de 4 estrellas y, en general, en el mundo moderno?

Si al personal no le importan los clientes, piensen cuánta agua caliente se desperdicia mientras los huéspedes intentan regular la temperatura. ¡Es inconcebible!

Ya se ha escrito muchas veces en las reseñas que la cortina de la ducha deja pasar el agua. Nosotros también nos encontramos con este problema, así que llegamos a la conclusión de que o bien el personal no transmite esta información a la dirección, o bien ni a unos ni a otros les importa. Debido a estas filtraciones, se estropean las puertas y los suelos; adjunto fotos.

Pros:

-Decent size room
-Bathroom is quite big, shower is very nice
-Comfortable, big bed
-Location is very good
-Nespresso coffee machine in the room (some coffee pods, tea, milk were also provided)
-24/7 open reception
-Hotel staff was always very attentive and professional, they let us store our luggage free of charge after check-out
-There is a hair dryer in the bathroom
-WiFi was pretty good (had some ups and downs)
-Enough closet space, plenty of hangers
-Elevator available
-TV in the room
-Housekeeping was very good, we had our towels changed every other day and cleaning was every day
-Furniture is modern and very nice
-Breakfast is also available for extra 17 euro/person/day (even though it seems like a lot of money, it is worth it)
-Overall good value for money

Cons:

-Unfortunately, the fridge did not work - we asked the reception and they said there were some problems they could not fix and offered to place our items in their fridge
-Very thin walls and no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway
-The heating system is through ventilation, which does not heat properly despite the temperature being set at its maximum all night and day
