Cons:

Tienen un problema en el desagüe, por la tarde noche salia olor. No es un tema de limpieza sino de mantenimiento.

Pros:

Todo perfecto, muy limpio, moderno, todo con aspecto de ser nuevo, amplísima la habitación familiar. Nos ha encantado.

Agradable pero sin anhelo de repetir
Pros:

La habitación y la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Cons:

El desayuno muy flojo. Escasos componentes con sello de elaboración propia. Lo que comumente se conoce como caseros.
El aparcamiento, al llevar vehículo, actúa como
Elemento disuasorio a repetir la estancia.

Hotel con encanto
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y todo está cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Santander caminando, tiene cerca tiendas de ropa, de decoración y restaurantes.
La habitación en mi caso “habitación doble deluxe” preciosa y el baño igual, todo correcto.
Si vuelvo a visitar Santander, 100% me volvería alojar en este hotel.
Checkin y checkout rápidos.
Lo poco que interactúe con el personal todo correcto, me recalcaron que cualquier cosa están disponibles las 24h para lo que necesite.

Cons:

No gustarme no hubo nada, pero sí que pienso que se puede mejorar la almohada de la habitación (muy blanda para mi gusto) y el desayuno (aunque destaco que para los que no tomamos bebidas lácteas o vegetales, el zumo natural exprimido todo un acierto).
