Okej boende men vissa saker behöver åtgärdas för att jag skulle välja det igen.
Pros:

Bra läge, smidigt att ta spårvagnen in till stadskärnan. Nära att gå upp till Vyhserad, med fin utsikt från höjden och trevliga restauranger. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Cons:

Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte, och det saknades en propp till handfatet så det gick inte att handtvätta. Det blev fuktfläckar i innertaket i mitt rum när det regnade.

Reception staff were helpful.

Cons:

Coffee station was not adequately stocked. No milk. No tea spoons. No sugar. No tea bags.
Room was not cleaned properly during our stay

Really lovely hotel next to a tram stop
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and helpful. We had a balcony room on the 2nd floor and really enjoyed watching the tram pass by. Everything was clean, the restaurant next door also had delicious food, and the tram stop made everywhere really accessible. The Vysehrad is also across the street and we enjoyed this more than Prague Castle. When we return to Prague, Union Hotel will certainly be our first choice.

Pros:

Bra läge nära spårvagnshållplats med direkt förbindelse in till centrum. Bra restauranger i närheten.

Cons:

AC:n på rummet fungerade inte och tv kabeln var sönder så gick inte att se på tv. Sängen var inte speciellt bekväm. Fanns ingen frukost på hotellet.

Pros:

Hotel se nachází ve výborné lokalitě s velmi dobrým dopravním spojením. Budova se mi líbila. Velice jsem ocenila možnost uschování zavazadel ve zvláštním uzamykatelném prostoru. Personál recepce byl velice milý a ochotný.

Cons:

Během pobytu mě rušil hluk výtahu, který byl slyšet téměř po celou noc. Výtah byl částečně nefunkční, nezajížděl z horního patra až do přízemí, ale pouze do prvního patra, takže bylo nutné poslední úsek absolvovat po schodech. Zřejmě bylo tlačítko s číslem přízemí nefunkční.
Největším zklamáním byl stav úklidu pokoje. Přestože bylo ložní prádlo čisté, polštář a přikrývka, které z povlečení částečně vykukovaly, působily špinavě a zasloužily by si důkladné vyprání. Matrace mi přišla proležená - tvrdá a nepohodlná, takže kvalita spánku nebyla ideální. Na vypínači byly viditelné nečistoty a koupelna by potřebovala větší péči. Sprcha ve sprchovém koutě by si zasloužila opravu a vanička sprchového koutu důkladnější úklid. Na pokoji byl sice kávovar, ale u něj byly kromě jedné kapsle na kávu dva rozbalené sáčky na čaj (čaj nebyl v obalu).
Celkově by pokoji prospěla výměna matrace, vypraní polštáře a přikrývky a důslednější úklid ostatních ploch.
