Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever . Otelin konumu direkt tramvay durağının yanında (7/24 şehir merkezine ve otele tramvay var). Odalarda kahve makinesi var nespresso nun 2tane kapsülü ücretsiz veriliyor . Check out saatimden sonra bavulumu 3-4saat otelde bıraktım . Tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederim.

Nefungovala klimatizace, ani po upozornění personálu ji nedokázali zprovoznit a nenabídli jiný pokoj. Museli jsme spát s otevřenými dveřmi na balkón, kde jezdí tramvaje a dálkové vlaky, takže jsme se nevyspali.

قمت بحجز غرفه مكيفه
وعند الوصول فوجئت بالتكيف معطل بالغرفه وطلبت من استقبال الفندق والمدير تغيير الغرفه او اصلاح المكيف ولاكن دون جدوى
كانو غير متعاونين الحر شديد بالغرفه وكنت اعاني من ضيق تنفس بسبب الحر الشديد ولكن القايمين بالفندق غير متعاونين ويردون علي ب استهتار
اطالب الفندق بالتعويض عن هذه الليله السيئه

Cons:

The mattress was not good at all, I woke up with back pain

The A/C was not working. For some reason the room was hotter than temperature outside. The location is great but the tram is so loud at night. Got barely any sleep

Polecam, obiekt przerósł moje oczekiwania
Pros:

Bardzo ogromny i przestronny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżka, ogromna wanna (mam 188 cm), wspaniały widok, blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Dużym plusem jest możliwość przechowania bagażu oraz winda w hotelu.

Cons:

Suszarka do włosów miała już swoje lata i niezbyt efektywnie dmuchała. Podobnie klimatyzacja.

lokalizacja bardzo dobra, duży pokój, było czysto, obsług była miła i bardzo pomocna, reagowali bardzo szybko i skutecznie

Niente

Cons:

La struttura ci ha fornito una camera con condizionatore non funzionante. Lo abbiamo fatto subito presente (prima delle ore 15). Ci hanno detto che avrebbero fatto intervenire il tecnico e se non riparabile che ci avrebbero cambiato camera. Al nostro rientro il tecnico non era intervenuto, hotel completamente pieno e quindi impossibilitati a cambiarci la camera. Abbiamo trovato nella camera un finto ventilatore non utilizzabile. Siamo stati costretti a tenere la finestra aperta tutta la notte senza riuscire a dormire per il traffico soprattutto di tram e treni durato tutta la notte.
