Mi hanno cambiato la struttura all'ultimo minuto ho dovuto prendere taxi senza averlo richiesto a mie spese.il nuovo alloggio era molto più lontano dal porto. Ho avuto un problema con la corrente, ho contattato l'host mi ha detto che era in Australia e non poteva aiutarmi. Pagare salato e senza servizio è inaccettabile.

I won’t retutn to this “hotel”

A short walk to the port

Cons:

Shower did not drain. Housekeeping continued to enter the room to get my towels (which were often clean due to my inability to use the shower comfortably) despite my asking her to not enter the room (valuables inside). Uncomfortable pillows. Management unavailable each day between 14:30–17:30.

Il punteggio che ho dato è legato al fatto che in fase di prenotazione con Booking avevo prenotato per DUE notti la camera n. 4 - ad est della struttura - e pagato la tariffa per quella camera.
Al nostro arrivo ci veniva detto che la nostra camera era la n. 10: praticamente una piccola camera a ovest, sotto il livello stradale, con finestra della stanza e finestrino del bagno all'altezza dei piedi di chi cammina sulla strada. Il bagno è piccolo e se fai la doccia lo allaghi perché non c'è il piatto doccia. Facevamo presente di aver prenotato la 4, ma ci veniva risposto che siccome i turisti che la occupavano erano lì da 5 giorni e dovevano rimanere fino al giorno dopo, soltanto la notte seguente avremmo potuto ottenere la nostra camera (n. 4).
Stanchi del viaggio e non in vena di polemiche e discussioni, abbiamo, obtorto collo, accettato quel compromesso. Ovviamente avevamo pagato di più per la n. 4 della quale abbiamo usufruito solo una notte e nessuno ci ha restituito la differenza.
La sera dopo siamo andati nella camera n. 4 ed effettivamente è una bella camera, con affaccio sul paese e in parte sul porto. Stanza ariosa, ampia, letto comodo, ambienti puliti.
La struttura è sopra il porto, quindi molto comoda per chi arriva a Lipsi.

Cons:

Che se uno prenota la camera n. 4 venga poi messo sulla camera n. 10, più piccola, con un muro sotto il livello stradale e un bagno senza piatto doccia

Very comfortable and incredibly warm hosts
Pros:

Big room, huge terrace, both balcony and terrace has fabulous views over the town, harbor and surrounding area. Everyone who worked at and managed the hotel was friendly, nice, and helpful. They made me feel super welcome and comfortable. Location is excellent, just a minute from the port, grocery store, restaurants, you name it.

Heerlijk!!!
Er is een keuken, waar je zou kunnen koken. Of gewoon een eitje koken. Beetje hostel idee. Helemaal goed! Je hebt een koelkast op de kamer en heerlijke bedden met fijn linnengoed en lekker ruikende frisse handddoeken. Leuke zitjes bij de kamer. Ik zou zo terug gaan. De omgeving biedt genoeg op loopafstand en ook kun je genoeg vervoers middelen huren. Taxi heeft vaste prijzen, ook super.
Ook zou ik de 5 island boot tocht aanraden!
