We spent two nights at the hotel, and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The hotel’s location and the surrounding nature are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were clean, the pools were fantastic, and the food was varied and very delicious (we had half board). The staff was also very kind and welcoming. I’m sure we’ll come back again.

The hotel was great: clean, with good facilities and friendly staff. Not much more one could ask.

Excellent location with a gorgeous view of the mountains, quite breathtaking!
Room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bed (hard mattress, perfect).
Very good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, restaurant is cozy and quite large.
Spa is amazing with a great selection of saunas, while the pools are excellent, whole area is very bright and clean.
The only negative thing was the fact we couldn't turn off the balcony light at all - it's either automatic or controlled by the staff. Every night it shut off automatically around 10:30 pm.
We wanted to enjoy the sunset and evening mountain views from our balcony, but the darker it got the more the balcony light became annoying and got in the way of the view - it's very bright 😕
Additionally, we went to bed around 10pm after a long day's hike, and the light was still on so we had to pull up the curtains to block it and be able to sleep.
All in all it's silly problem to have, which wouldn't even exist if there was a light switch in the room to allow guests to shut off their own balcony light!
