Nada que ver con las fotos

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy mala desde el primer momento. Tenía una reserva hecha desde hacía bastante tiempo y, nada más llegar, sin siquiera revisar correctamente, me dijeron directamente que el hotel estaba "full lleno".

Después de insistir, finalmente apareció la habitación, pero estaba en muy malas condiciones. Nada más entrar había un olor muy fuerte y desagradable en toda la habitación. Además, las paredes tenían muchísimas marcas, una de las ventanas estaba rota y los cabeceros de la cama parecían dañados a golpes. Las camas eran extremadamente duras e incómodas, por lo que prácticamente no pude descansar y pasé una noche horrible.

La atención del personal tampoco fue buena, ha excepcion del chino que me atendió pasadas unas horas. la sensación general fue de dejadez y poca profesionalidad. Decidí irme porque la estancia era muy desagradable, pero aun así me dijeron que, por política de cancelación, no podían devolverme el dinero.

En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante y un lugar al que no volvería.

Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, en la zona comercial en el centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Estaba aseada la habitación, había chicles pegados a la pared y mocos, la cama rechinaba mucho... Y mucho ruido por huéspedes a media noche.
Olor a humedad.

Great value and central location
Pros:

The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff. You walk out the door and into the middle of all the action. For the price, I was very pleased. The room was very large, there were no bugs, and I didn't feel like I was keeping other guests awake if I stayed up late. I also really liked the elevator and rarely had to wait long for it to arrive.

Cons:

My room had a huge window without darkening curtains, and it overlooked a busy vender corredor, so I was up with the sun and sounds every morning. You have to request room service, which felt strange. You have to pay cash to get the better nightly price and avoid charges. There's also an extra charge for any guests you might have.
