Muy buena si regreso pero llevaría colchas extra

La ubicación

Cons:

No tenía colchas extras el frío era terrible. Deberian de tener colchas térmicas mi calentador funcionaba poco. De repente calentadores centrales que calienten toda la habitacion.

Muy bonito el hotel lleno de naturaleza , la planta eléctrica es súper silenciosa, lo que no me gusto es que a pesar de estar 3 noches y decir que muy seguro me quedaba otra noche , cuando conforme ese día a una hora temprana de la mañana ya tenian apartado a otro cliente a pesar que manifesté que me iba a quedar no me llamaron para confirmar , si no llamo yo no me doy cuenta

Reception staff were rude but everything else was amazing

The property was beautiful, lovely location between yamaranguila and la Esperanza

Cons:

The reception staff were extremely rude, they tried to speak about us in Spanish calling us ignorant AMERICANS because I didn’t know much Spanish and they said we were extremely rude for coming to their country and not learning the language but they failed to realise my fiancé spoke Spanish but I was there to enhance my Spanish but was finding it difficult as it was a variation on the original Spanish! So some words didn’t make sense to me! However the security guards were absolutely amazing, tried their hardest to help us arrange taxis and transport

Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel für eine Nacht ganz ok.

Die Lage war top!
Die Zimmer waren sehr groß.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung mehr nicht.
Das Zimmer war leider sehr alt und hellhörig. In die Jahre gekommen.
