Pros:

Very good staff, polite and helping. Room service was excellent. AC was good. Beds comfortable

Very bad experience
Cons:

The room was not clean. No hot water in winters. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room. They don't even bother to change the bed sheets or clean the room for a single time in 3 days stay. And they don't even refund.

Miserably dirty. Untidy quilts. Nasty washroom with unmatched floor tiles and rusty door. Latch was installed on door instead of door lock...comfortless room with loud highway noise. I am sorry but all it is true
