Pros:

Convenient location with good access to the main areas of the city. The room had a pleasant smell.

The bathroom itself is decent, with modern fixtures and good cleanliness. However, it is very small, and the door does not open fully.

Breakfast was fairly varied, with a selection of both hot and cold dishes.

Cons:

Room 401 did not match the expectations based on the photos shown on the website. The layout is elongated, and the space feels narrow and visually smaller than it appears in the pictures. The walls have visible marks and scuffs.

The view from the window is acceptable, but it partially overlooks the wall of a neighboring grey building.

The lighting is poorly organized: some switches operate in different directions. The bedside lamp does not work because there is effectively no accessible power outlet near the beds to plug it in. The main light can only be turned on or off either near the entrance door or behind the pillow — there is no convenient switch next to the bed. To turn off the lights before going to sleep, you have to walk to the entrance door.

There are technically power outlets near the headboard, but they are located behind the pillows, making them very inconvenient to use. Charging devices overnight is practically impossible.

The TV is mounted very high — almost near the ceiling at the foot of the bed — which makes it uncomfortable to watch.

The heating was not working despite the cool weather. We had to use the air conditioner in heating mode.

The shower hose is leaking.

Wi-Fi operates on two bands. The 5 GHz connection was stable, but the 2.4 GHz network (the one listed in the instructions) frequently lost internet access despite showing a strong connection.

Breakfast was generally decent, however there was eggshell in the omelet.

Very practical location.
Pros:

The size of the room. The heating was excellent. Bathroom very modern.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have proper work chairs for those who need to work on a computer; the chairs in the room were either too low (a comfy armchair) or too high (a bar stool). Also, I would reduce the volume of the hall's ambient music as it was too loud.

Pros:

An amazing stay from start to finish. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!❤️

За приемлемые деньги шикарный номер с огромной кроватью, мини-кухней и душем - тропический дождь. Было тепло, тихо и уютно. Вкусный кофе за небольшую плату.

Cons:

Вместо сливочного масла на завтрак был маргарин. Но может быть, это местная особенность.
