Pros:

Ottimo il check-in online, poter arrivare con tranquillità dopo un volo ha i suoi vantaggi.
Diversi posteggi gratuiti nei dintorni della struttura è bellissimo il bar sul rooftop.

Cons:

Stanze rumorose e purtroppo la nostra dava su una luce esterna della palazzina da parte, non avendo tende la luce entrava illuminando la stanza.

The staff was very friendly and self-check-in / access to the room worked very well.

Cons:

The room was so small that we did not even have space to open our suitcase on the floor or storing them. Ventilation in the bathroom was also not too good and opening the window in the room didn't help significantly so the humidity stayed in the room for a long time.

Habitación minúscula y no se podía abrir la ventana.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la Calle 8, aunque por la noche la zona es un poco solitaria.

Cons:

No hay servicio de recepción y todo funciona con códigos. El día que llegamos, sin acceso al teléfono de nuestro país, nos habían enviado el código por SMS y no pudimos verlo. Tuvimos que comunicar por la app de la aplicación y tardaron media hora en respondernos con los códigos. La habitación era muy pequeña y no nos cabían ni las maletas. Las fotografías de Booking son de otra habitación mucho más amplia. Las fiestas en el rooftop del restaurante tenían música hasta tarde y nos costó dormir. Aunque sea Miami... la relación calidad precio no me pareció buena. No pudimos ni abrir la ventana para ventilar y no hay servicio de limpieza de la habitación.

Hotel excelente y estiloso
Pros:

Todo excelente. pero el sitio es muy bonito y todo muy cómodo y bien preparado. Lo de los códigos funciona bien y el personal muy pendiente online. La decoración muy elegante.

Cons:

Tuvimos que pedir servicio de habitaciones (el primer día no lo hicieron) y nos pusieron unas sábanas húmedas. No hubiera estado de más una jarrita y vasos para beber agua.

Sehr gute Lage für Ausflug nach little Havana.

Cons:

Am Samstag Abend gab es auf der Dachterrasse sehr intensive Musik (Bass). Nach Beschwerde wurde dies Sonntags abgestellt.

Terrific staff and accommodations what you would expect in old building. Cost good for area.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and communicated well both before and after our stay. It is an older facility and refurbished nicely. The location was a bit scary, at the moment. However, Miami is a city that is being slowly refurbished, so do not count this facility out solely on the current condition of the general neighborhood. I think it was a good value since most lodging in Miami is exceedingly expensive from the perspective of a rural out-of-towner. Clearly, this is a business that cares about their customer experience. The Staff/Owner gets the best rating plus.

Cons:

The accommodations were small and had that old building feel and smell. But the staff was very accommodating and concerned about a good customer experience.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Really loved staying here! I'm so happy I found it for my visit to Miami. The location is great, just a short walk to the Calle Ocho area and about a mile walk or very short Uber ride to Brickell. Also a short Uber ride to Miami Beach.

The vibe is updated vintage, loved the wood floors and decor, and the bathroom was just about brand new. There was a TV with Roku channels and good WiFi. A/C worked great. Only setback would be that there is no door on the bathroom! This was ok for me since I was travelling solo, but something to be aware of for couples. I liked that they provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping did not visit daily, which was fine for me (I stayed 4 nights). After a couple nights I requested a change of linens and they were able to do it right away.

There is no "front desk" when you arrive, information and check-in was done by message. Initially the code to get into my room didn't work, but management was VERY responsive by text and sorted it out for me right away. They also made it a point to check in with me several times.

Rooftop bar was also fabulous and had an amazing view of downtown Miami.

Can't wait to stay here again!

Cons:

I didn't have a car, but parking would have been complicated.
