por no revisar bien el personal de servicio, indicaron que faltaba toallas insinuando que nos estabamos llevando las toallas al momento de check out luego del cual confirmaron que estaba en el lugar, fue un mal momento que nunca me habia pasado.

El hotel es bellísimo y muy cómodo. El personal es muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. El desayuno y la comida en general es deliciosa y con buenas porciones. Si bien la locación es un poco alejada del centro, el personal te ayuda a pedir movilidad o también tienes la opciones de tomar moto taxi afuera. En general muy buena estadía y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel
