Cons:

Stairs, up and down, our room was on the third floor and not assistant was offered to carry suitcases.
Breakfast was chaotic, on a holiday no enough food for the visitors. Tables were not clean after been used. We have to request utensilios, plates, nakins. Very poor performance on hospitality.

La cama esta muy acogedora.

Cons:

En la piscina grande de adultos, dejaron ingresar personas sin traje de baño, (con polo y pantaloneta, sin amarrarse el cabello), ademas ingresaron niños menores de 5 años lo cual dejaron sucio la piscina, (hay otra piscina para niños), lo dejaron con botella de plástico en la piscina, cabello y con un olor extraño, ya que estuvieron varias horas (4 horas).
Desayuno fue muy básico sin muchas opciones.
Mis anteriores estadías si habia variedad y eso que fuimos temprano a tomar desayuno (7:40)
