The room for wheelchair users must be requested in advance. PARKING: The hotel has limited number of parking spaces. An advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary.

Decent stay
Pros:

The area is quiet, green. The bar is nice and accomodating.

Cons:

No Spa treatment.no free moneral water in the room. No toiletries only liquid soap. Small towels.

Elegant hotel with amazing surroundings
Pros:

The location is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The hotel is very close to the monastery, tower, castle, and cathedral, which made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside, especially the library and the lobby area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was good overall, and a special thanks to the gentleman working at the lobby bar who was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

No major complaints, but if I had to mention something, it would be the breakfast. It was a bit too repetitive every day and did not really match the overall standard and atmosphere of the hotel. Also, the balcony in the room felt a little basic and not very well maintained. Also, the coffee machine in the room was not working

We enjoyed our stay overall. Loved Prague. We might stay here again if the price was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely.
The staff in the restaurant was excellent.
Location was just what we wanted. Away from Old Town but still close to everything by tram.

Cons:

The front desk was friendly enough but not what we would consider the best customer service experience.
We had to call down for more towels. 2 isn't enough.
The bar area was too dark and uninviting.

Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Direkt gegenüber war die Straßenbahn. Man konnte vom Hotel aus morgens in die Stadt runterlaufen und den Blick genießen und auf dem Rückweg hoch fahren und war direkt da. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Dsa Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. wir hatten einen kleinen Tisch und Sessel, die wir zum Spielen nuttzen konnten. Das BAdezimme war auch schön groß. Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße hin lag war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett.
