Heaven in Guilin
Pros:

Way beyond our expectations and their services were exemplary eg train pick up and more. Most comfortable bed in 11 months of travel.

Pros:

The hotel is good and meets expectations, but the staff truly stand out.
As soon as we arrived, one of the staff members came to meet us, and later helped us plan our entire itinerary in Guilin, offering tours and tips that were extremely valuable.
I highly recommend this hotel for foreign travelers, as beyond the accommodation itself, you receive great support to fully enjoy Guilin.

Wspaniałe miejsce
Pros:

Hotel położony niedaleko centrum Guilin. Kontakt z właścicielem wspaniały - Kitty odpowiadała bardzo szybko i zarezerwowała dodatkowo dla nas dwie wycieczki oraz zorganizowała odbiór z lotniska. WiFi działa dobrze.
Pokój był czysty i dosyć duży. Możliwość zrobienia prania za darmo.
Generalnie spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym hotelu i jeśli wrócimy do Guilin to na pewno się tam zatrzymamy. :)

Excelente custo benefício e ótima localização!
Pros:

Em geral, a instalação é muito boa e com um ótimo custo benefício. Quarto limpo, cama confortável, excelente localização e os atendentes foram incríveis, muito atenciosos e queridos conosco. Em especial, Milo com bom inglês, o que é difícil de encontrar na região, crucial para fazer dessa experiência muito mais significativa, ele realmente se importava com os hóspedes.

Pas grand chose, sauf l'arrangement pour le transfert vers l'aéroport.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne correspond pas à la description. Une chambre sans ouverture sur l'extérieur ! L'emplacement n'est pas bon. Le petit déjeuner est clairement à éviter.

Freundlich und in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft zu einem mehr als fairen Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: Man ist hier wirklich im Herzen von Guilin. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man am Wasser und nahezu alle Attraktionen der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar - und trotzdem ist die Unterkunft versteckt genug geblieben, dass man vom Trubel der Touristenströme verschont bleibt.

Cons:

Zwischendurch gab es leider immer wieder Baustellenlärm, teils auch in den frühen Morgenstunden.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean. The toilet is also huge and have a hot shower. The room is cool, the bed is very comfortable and many plug points available. Basic facilities like tv, wifi, dental kit, hair dryer and mineral is provided. The hotel is very quiet. The staffs is nice and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I booked a room that have 2 bed for only 120 Yuan and i stayed alone. The location is also not bad. Just 5 - 10 minutes to main tourist area not too far.

Cons:

Maybe a bit confused to find but not that confused actually.
