Great Location, Friendly Staff, and a Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We had a great stay at San Karla Hotel in Valletta. The location was fantastic—quiet, yet just a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast offered a great variety of options, so there was plenty to choose from.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.

Cons:

The room was also a bit warm for us, and the air conditioning was off for the season, however the staff kindly provided a fan.

Lovely first stay in Malta! Hotel was really smart and welcoming! Close to everything!
Pros:

Beautiful modern and contemporary hotel! Lovely bedroom and balcony - we were upgraded so that was nice! Pleasant breakfast area with good choices! Close to the centre! Floriana, Receptionist, was very helpful and very professional!

Pros:

A belvárosban lévő szállás rendkívül igényes volt és csöndes. Semmilyen utca zaj nem hallatszik be. A reggeli bőséges és helyi specialitás is volt a kínálatban. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Nem kell vinni átalakítót, a telefont USB töltővel simán lehet tölteni. Ajánlom a helyet!

The staff were so lovely and attentive and gave great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.
Pros:

We enjoyed our buffet breakfast every morning, staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. We felt very looked after and the location is superb - right in the centre of valletta's historic streets!

La gentilezza e l'attenzione dello staff a ogni particolare, l'ubicazione centrale, letti comodi, stanze spaziose.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una cosa negativa, ma è difficile, il rumore all'interno della struttura, a volte, nelle ore notturne o presto nella mattinata.

Пътувахме за семеен празник и юбилей на съпруга ми!Прекрасно преживяване!Хотелът е на тихо и спокойно място но в същото време близо до центъра с ресторанти и магазиниЧисто,приятно,топло!!Благодарим на целия персонал на хотела за посрещането,да вкусната закуска,за съдействието,за изненадата,която направиха за юбилея ни!Специални благодарности на Флориана,момичето от рецепцията,което беше толкава любезно и ни помагаше за всичко!Препоръчвам хотела !

Pros:

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. An der Rezeption bekam man sehr kompetente Auskünfte.
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Handtücher wurden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr beengt und die Auswahl des Frühstücks war sehr klein und eintönig. Beim Kaffeeautomat musste man lange anstehen.
Der kostenlose Abholservice vom Flughafen zum Hotel funktionierte gar nicht. Obwohl wir Kontakt mit dem Fahrer hatten, ist er einfach weggefahren und wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen und natürlich teuer bezahle.

An excellent stay!!
Pros:

It’s modern but still has Maltese original brick features, it’s beautifully decorated, clean and in an excellent location. Staff members, Michael, Anna & Isaac were a real delight to interact with.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t quite soundproof. Being on the first floor, you can hear everything above it beneath you.
