La habitación era cómoda y tenía una buena vista

La sábanas estaban sucias ; encontramos pelos cortos de otra personas cuando llegamos , es decir no cambiaron las sábanas , alquilamos una habitación con una piscina interna que tampoco pudimos usar porque estaba sucia ; la ubicación en es en una zona fea de la ciudad

The room is spacious and quite modern, with very good air conditioning, which was much needed.

Cons:

Check-in was quite slow, and there were several things in the room that needed fixing. The room did not have a fridge, even though it was advertised. When we asked about it, we were told that none of the rooms currently have a fridge due to an issue, and we were offered to keep our beverages in the restaurant. This was not very convenient, as it required going back and forth and asking staff each time we needed something.
Additionally, the bed sheets had stains and had to be replaced after we requested it. However, we appreciated that the staff agreed to offer a discount due to the missing fridge.

Excelentes funcionários e otimo cafe da manhã. Muito perto da muralha.

Quarto enorme c pia fora do banheiro

Cons:

Reservei quarto com duas camas. Mas arrumaram uma cama de casal e um sofá adaptado. Sofa nao e cama e nao oferece o mesmo conforto desta.

A acomodação é nova e muito limpa, além de oferecer café da manhã à la carte muito boa, cheia de opções. O banheiro é ótimo, com água quente.

Cons:

A localização, embora ótima porque fica entre os bairros de Getsemaní e da Cidade Amuralhada, é bem insegura para mulheres por conta do assédio verbal dos homens que ficam pela região - em geral trabalhadores.

Pros:

Un grand merci à Orlando pour son accueil en Français et son sourire.
Le lit est l'un des meilleurs dans lequel nous avons dormi pendant notre voyage de 3 semaines.
Nous avons aussi apprécié la douche chaude et la climatisation super silencieuse et qui ne souffle pas sur le lit.

Cons:

Le quartier est un peu délabré même s'il est bien situé entre la vieille ville et le quartier festif de Getsemani.
Aussi des bruits parasites de fond (ronronnement des clim peut être...) des bâtiments voisins se font entendre à partir de 5/6 h du matin

Na locação dizia que teríamos frigobar com água bebidas e refeições inclusas no valor do aluguel das estadias, qdo chegamos no local não tinha nada disso, a luz dos cômodos era insuficiente, banheiro tinha um pilar dentro, ficava toda água no banheiro não saia água pelo ralo, paguei por algo que não tinha, que vai se responsabilizar e me devolver o valor do que fora prometido e não tinha. Espeto que pelo menos 30%do valor seja ressarcido em minha conta.
