Okayish if you want value for money
Pros:

Room is squeaky clean. Decent continental breakfast with some variations if you’re staying for more than one night. Cleaning ladies are very lovely and room service is carried out quietly - they do an impeccable job! The receptionists are very helpful, well, most of them are. They also have emergency first-aid kits, which to my surprise is not a standard for local hotels. The location is perfectly central - very walkable distance to medina and shopping centres.

Cons:

For starters, the lift often gets stuck on the first floor, which gave me safety concerns. Rooms lack instruction leaflets and are not very friendly for foreign travellers - took me a while to find out how things work and where the plugs are. No telephone number given for the reception, despite having a landline in each room.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. I had a very unpleasant encounter with the receptionist when the aircon would not work in my room. I went down about 6 times in total, and each time I was told it was fixed, and I just needed to wait when it was not. The demeanour in which they behaved came across as haughty and condescending, and it seemed they need to get a grasp on what the term customer service means. Instead of fixing the problem or offering alternatives, they gave me the ‘there’s nothing we can do’ attitude, and did not even bother to apologise. I had to push the issue by making a scene to get it fixed, and by then I was furious. The manager then asked me what my problem was. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I requested an apology and a refund. Never heard back from them about the latter as I had to leave early next morning. Some of the staff are nice, but this hotel really needs to work on their customer service standards!

gute Lage, schönes, neues Zimmer, sehr netter Nachtrezeptionist

Cons:

sehr dreckige Straße, sehr kleines Zimmer, die Aussicht war eine Wand, im Allgemeinen zu teuer, für das was es ist, Frühstück sehr basic (hat mir gar nicht geschmeckt)

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, geräumig und ruhig.
Zum Frühstück gibt es ein vorbereitetes Tablet. Man kann jedoch auch Sonderwünsche angeben. Als wir schon um 7.00 Uhr weg mussten hat uns die Küchenmitarbeiterin noch im Mantel, da gerade angekommen, ein schnelles Frühstück zubereitet.
An der Rezeption konnten alle unsere Fragen geklärt werden, tolle Mitarbeiterin.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Innenstadt. Supermärkte, Wechselstuben, Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe.
Mit dem Taxi kann man direkt vorfahren, die enge Straße ist auch in der Nacht beleuchtet.
Allerdings befindet sich an einem Ende ein Müllcontainer, der oft überquillt. Das hat jedoch mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun. Davor und drinnen ist alles super sauber.

Cons:

The local in the center but very crowded. The hotel front is very narrow. It is normal in the Tunis center. The room was very small with only one small bench. We didn’t open the window because it’s face a ventilation of the building. Now view at all. Bed was not comfortable for us. The pillows were too hard and thick for us. We paid 1/3 Euros more than booking before arrival. The breakfast was limited but enough for us.

Świetna lokalizacja, doskonała czystość.

Na uwagę zasluguje lokalizacja hotelu.
Blisko centrum, ale w maleńkiej uliczce.
Położony bardzo blisko głownej ulicy Burgiba oraz blisko węźła komunikacyjnego Barcelona.
Personel przyjemny.
Czystość w pokoju wzorowa. Codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników i pościeli.
Śniadania serwowane smaczne, raczej na słodko.Jeśli ktoś nie je pieczywa - brak wyboru.
Najwazniejsze jednak elastyczność personelu.
Można było zostać dłużej w pokoju, czy zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Uliczka na ktorej miesci się ten i inny hotel..niestety brudna .
A szkoda, bo pełna uroku.

Zasugerowałabym włascicielowi wprowadzenie chociaż minimalnego wyboru śniadań.
Z wersją mniej slodką .

Nie podobały mi się chińskie mini ozgoby, zabawki...nie pasujące do stylu szwajcarskiego.
Ale to oczywiscie rzecz gustu.:))

W łazienkach potrzeba więcej wieszaków.
