Très bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins avec tous ses clients. L’emplacement au top. En plein centre ville à quelques pas de la médina. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Very nice staff!
Pros:

Emna was incredibly kind and friendly, and she helped us arrange a taxi, which made our trip much easier. The hotel was also very flexible with our late check-in. We arrived around midnight, Mohamed welcomed us warmly and was very helpful.

Cons:

The neighborhood can feel a bit uncomfortable walking alone at night. However, the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the city center. The friendly and helpful staff also makes it easier to get around the city with local advice.

Les petits plus de la chambre : bouilloire, sandales , tapis de prière)
Efforts de la cheffe cuisiniere pour servir le petit déjeuner avant 7:00

Cons:

Facture non livrée après plusieurs relances.
La première chambre que j'ai eu au 1er étage, était sombre, mal aérée et bruyante (sons provenants des canalisations des eaux)
Le jus au petit déjeuner est industriel.
Les oeufs toujours trop durs
Petit déjeuner servi à partir de 7h (peu pratique si l'on doit quitter à cette heure)

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Suisse de Tunis. L’emplacement est parfait, les chambres sont confortables et l’ambiance est agréable. Un merci tout particulier à Madame Emna, qui a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours souriante, professionnelle, attentionnée et à l’écoute, elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec efficacité et gentillesse. Son dévouement et son sens du service ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe, et surtout à Madame Emna, pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla medina, in pieno centro ma in una viuzza laterale che garantiva calma e tranquillità. Alla reception Emma e Isaac sono stati sempre disponibili e prodighi di consigli su come gustarsi al meglio il soggiorno a Tunisi. Un albergo perfetto per godersi il centro di Tunisi. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Hotel in centro a Tunisi, vicino alla stazione dei pullman e dei treni 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina. La posizione è comoda per girare la città e dista solo 15 minuti di taxi per l aeroporto quindi comodissimo perché chi deve partire la mattina presto. Il receptionist ci ha chiamato lui in taxi per partire. La colazione è servita al tavolo tutto buono e fresco. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff che è stato gentilissimo con noi ma
In particolare modo a Azak che ci ha parlato anche in italiano e ci ha consigliato dove andare a cena. Se dovessimo tornare a Tunisi sicuramente torneremo qui in questo hotel.
