Séjour agréable et personnel accueillant. Je recommande pour un court séjour de visite de Tunis.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner préparé sur place et bien complet, c'était très agréable. Le personnel était accueillant et à l'écoute.

Pros:

Hotel sencillo, con todo lo necesario. Todo muy higienico. Reserve la habitacion con un pequeño balcon. Desayuno bien, pero sin variedad. Ubicacion excelente. Tiene ascensor. Muy buena atencion del personal

Cons:

Pense que la habitacion suite con balcon era mas grande.

Great location, good value, but mixed experience with service
Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its excellent location. It is just a few steps from the Central Market and the Medina, while still having easy access to the modern part of the city. Getting a taxi was always convenient, and most of the main attractions in the old town were within walking distance.
Another positive point is that the hotel offers good value for money considering its location.
Breakfast was acceptable, although it is served per person rather than as a buffet, so it’s better to go earlier. Overall, the kitchen service was fine.

Cons:

The staff experience was mixed. Some receptionist staff members — especially the gentleman at check-in and the older night-shift staff — were very kind and professional.
However, one younger man had very poor communication skills and did not seem willing to assist guests.
During checkout, I asked lady at receptionist for help booking a ride via a local app, but instead of assisting, I was told to book a private taxi for around 250 TND to Sousse
I eventually booked a ride myself through the app for about 125 TND(half price), even though a few drivers canceled initially.
Rooms are also quite small, and it was difficult to manage luggage comfortably for two people.

Petit hôtel, convivial, très sympathique

Accueil très sympathique toute l’équipe est à l’écoute pour que tout se passe bien! L’hôtel est très propre et très bien situé vraiment un petit bonheur💪🏼

Pros:

Fantastic location on a quiet side road, just a short walk to the main Medina. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the included breakfast was both tasty and satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tunis.

Pros:

Un accueil et un service vraiment bien de la part du personnel spécialialement Emna et Addzak. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal à deux pas de l'avenue principale du capital "Habib Bourgiba" et de Bab Bhar l'entrée du l'ancienne médina où il y a Mosquée Zitouna. L'hôtel est très propre et confortable. Je le recommande
