J'ai passé trois jours à l'hôtel. Ça c'est bien passé. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre est propre et dispose de tous les équipements essentiels, les lits sont confortables. L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de la ville

Pros:

Posizione ottima, bella struttura e buona colazione (non a buffet). Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola, ma ben organizzata (probabilmente ce ne sono di più grandi in struttura).

Cons:

Il bagno da rivedere. La doccia che perde è un problema perché si allaga il bagno.

Bel établissement au design moderne et épuré. Chambre tout confort , excellente literie et salle de bain au top. Bon petit déjeuner dans une belle salle. Tout l hôtel respire la propreté. Personnel très agréable. Mention spéciale à Addzak et à Emna pour nous avoir rendu le séjour le plus agréable possible. De plus l hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes de la médina et de la gare. Vraiment à recommander.

Good enough for a 3 star as predicted
Pros:

Breakfast everyday was ok they accomodated for our veggie diet, the location is very central and everything is easily within walking distance reach with central market and local cafes and shops round the corner, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I would have liked a more traditional Tunisian breakfast for the experience maybe and not jsut the french style pastries and crepes etc. The road where the hotel is gets dirty and full of rubbish by the end of the day (every day) which is something that maybe can be looked into and cleaned (not the hotel's fault but it's not a pretty site)

The staff make it a very special place to stay
Pros:

It is difficult to overstate how important front desk staff are in a smaller hotel, where customers are looking to feeling connected with a city and a country they have never visited before, and we very much appreciated the wonderful staff at the Hôtel Suisse Tunis. Because we saw more of them, we give a particular shout-out to Emna and Emin. They really helped make our stays (one of 4 nights at the start of our holiday and a final night before we flew home) quite special.
The hotel’s location relative to the medina, to downtown, to louage and train stations is a big plus.
Our room for the initial stay was likely smaller than most as it was more ample the second time.
Its location on an alley street, beside two other small Swiss-themed hotels, allows for more privacy and we never had noise issues.
Oh yes, I must mention the four-hour breakfast window (7h-11h) and early check-in (11h) are convenient for both early and late starters.
Highly, highly recommended.

Cons:

The ends of Rue Suisse, a one-block street, get a wee bit cluttered with refuse over the period between garbage collections, but that is of no fault of the hotel and not at all difficult a big deal.
