Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Suisse from February 23–27. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy the trip.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone (especially Emna and Zak) were incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful at all times. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, always with a warm smile.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la strada principale e la Medina; struttura pulita e personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare il signore con gli occhiali che ci ha dato consigli per il nostro viaggio a Tozeur e la ragazza mora che ci ha aiutato a trovare una valida alternativa al tour organizzato tramite GetYourGuide e cancellato all’ultima ora causa Ramadam… fornita acqua in bottiglia e bevande calde gratuitamente e anche bollitore in camera

Colazione buona ma impostata da loro (a me ad esempio non piacciono le uova)

Pros:

The Hotel is in central location to walk around downtown Tunis, it was clean and quite.
The staff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The wash room was a little bit smelly when I checked in but after I had my shower it was no more smelly.

En central, lugn och trevlig vistelse.
Pros:

Bra frukost. Mycket trevlig och engagerad personal. Känns välkomnande med en kopp kaffe närhelst man kommer.

Cons:

Saknas hyllor och krokar till handdukar och necessärer i badrummet. Skulle vara bra med separerade kontakter mellan fläkt och belysning i badrummet.

Pros:

Very nice and helpfull staff, ready to answer any questions and help in any way they can. Quiet and clean room and general areas. Amazing location near everything. Good coffee at breakfast!

Cons:

Breakfast was sufficient but same for everybody ( because of Ramadan?). No individual choice. Bed felt a little hard and pillows very high at first, but I got used to it.

we liked our stay; the staff were friendly and cooperative; the breakfast was very good.
Pros:

the apartment is quite center with walking distance from touristic places in the city.

Cons:

the alley, where the hotel is located, contained garbage, which gives a bad first impression. I think since there are multiple hotels located in the same alley, they themselves even could organize to clean the alley.
