overall I felt really welcomed and taken care of.
Pros:

The staff were so kind and helped me with everything even when they didn't have to. Breakfast was nice and healthy as well. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The roads leading up there are not paved but not hard to navigate.

Pros:

The supper is very good and there is security and an airport transfer

Cons:

The property is in a dilapidated area with a very bad road to the hotel. The shower is over the toilet so everything gets wet when you shower. It includes breakfast which is the same every day. We asked for sausages and they wanted us to pay for it at breakfast

Disaster booking

I did not like anuthing aboit the hotel.It's false advertising to me.The picture used on booking.com is not what you will find when you arrive.

Cons:

The area is on a gravel road, in the middle of a village....noise of shebeens music, traffic throughoout the night. There is no backup power at the hotel...You stay in the dark, the staff say nothing until you ask.They do not have contingecy plans .A disaster of a hotel I tell you.Breakfast is the same thing everyday unless you order from their menu and pay extra of course.No aircon in the rooms...What a nightmare of a stay.I am glad I booked out when I could.

Disappointed !!!!

The hotel seemed to have new facilities. The gym was good.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Although I booked a suite, the room was not properly cleaned,…. there were cobwebs in the corners and housekeeping had to come after I checked in. The bathroom has no separation between the toilet and the shower, which makes bathing uncomfortable.

The hotel does not accept cash payments in U.S. dollars, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Considering Booking.com is a trusted platform, the hotel should be more transparent and consistent with their payment policies.

Furthermore, the manager came to my room early morning the next day to collect payment even when I was going to stay for one more day. This was impolite and unprofessional, and gave the impression that they are trying to be vindictive just because of the payment issue on the previous day or they didn’t trust me to pay, which left a bad feeling.

On the day of check-out, hotel staff again came to my room early morning twice to remind me of the check-out time, even the manager once, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. Totally unprofessional behaviour.

There are no phones in the rooms, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request assistance. Overall, the hotel does not prioritize guest comfort.
The location of the hotel is very unpleasent because of the surrounding area, and there is lot of noise at night, making it hard to sleep and get any rest.
I would not recommend staying here.

It was great!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, with a great sense of hospitality. They endeavoured to meet our needs at all times. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast service was exceptional: we were offered light snack and juice before the breakfast we had ordered, which we found very pleasing. The view in the lounge was truly aesthetic, giving a refreshing atmosphere - such an amazingly designed interior. The hotel was also very close to Entebbe Airport, making it a convenient place to travellers.

Cons:

Please provide visible signage from the main road. It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel especially since we arrived at night.
