Acceptable hotel overall, but some staff needs extra training or replacement

Bathroom:
- there was no curtain at the shower, so whole bathroom get wet and slippery after taking a shower.
- Bathroom`s door is a sandblasting door which is absolutely inappropriate for a bathroom
Breakfast was average
Receptionist at check out was absolutely terrible. I agreed with the receptionist lady (Monday morning 6th of April 2026, 11am, unfortunately I didn`t ask for her name) to hold one parking slot (hotel has 2 parking slots in front of it) so i could bring my car and load the luggage and surprisingly 8 minutes later when i reached hotel , BOTH of the parking slots were occupied !! I had to carry my luggage 200m away. She didn`t even apologize! She was rude, unprofessional claiming that despite our agreement it wasn`t her job to secure just one slot for us ! I hope that hotel management will take measures for such un unprofessional staff member.

Cons:

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. There was a parking area nearby, which was very convenient, even though it did not belong directly to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was very tasty.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή.

Cons:

Μικρό δωμάτιο για τρία άτομα και τα παράθυρα θα μπορούσαν να ήταν καλύτερα να μην ακούγεται ο θόρυβος από τη κυκλοφορία.
