Pros:

We had a great stay at Tenshin Residence. The location is close to the city center, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The included breakfast is very good, and the overall service is excellent. It was also possible to have flowers delivered directly to our room, which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

A lot of work to be done. Breakfast is not great. Cold food. Not noise proof. Toilets need to be clean. Water pressure was low and I had to check-in at another hotel to have a shower they can do better. They need to change the checkout time in booking .com as they pushed me out early.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage unmittelbar am Kandy Lake. In wenigen Gehminuten gelangt man zum Zahntempel oder zum Markt und die Innenstadt. Saubere Zimmer mit kleinem Mini-Balkon. Gutes asiatisches Frühstück.Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Entree ist etwas versteckt hinter einem Rolltor. Man muss klingeln, damit geöffnet wird. Es hat etwas komisch gerochen im Zimmer. Kein Schimmelgeruch, kam möglicherweise aus den Abflüssen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Tenshin Residance, je recommande.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, idéalement situé au bord du lac de Kandy, avec un accès facile à pied au centre-ville.
Le personnel était charmant, attentionné et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, avec une agréable vue sur le lac.
Enfin, les chambres étaient confortables, fonctionnelles et parfaitement conformes aux photos.

Great location! Host is accommodating with breakfast time. Tasty and plentiful! Working AC unit. Luke warm shower. Overall good value for your money!!

Cons:

The room and bathroom could be cleaner. The pillows were old and yellow. Same with the mattress. The frame support is old wood boards which make a ton of noise when you move. My husband and I kept waking each other up every time we moved.

Localização estupenda, perto do centro histórico e a uns passos do lago. O proprietário sempre foi muito atencioso e preocupado conosco, deu dicas, perguntou sempre se necessitavamos de ajuda ou transporte e esteve sempre presente. O pequeno almoço é variado e muito bom. O quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo.

Goede keuze voor deze prijs!
Pros:

Ik koos Tenshin Residence vanwege de goede locatie en de positieve reviews. Bij aankomst twijfelde ik even: alles is wat ouder en het interieur is sober. Er waren alleen twee mannen aanwezig en geen andere gasten, wat voor mij als solo reiziger in het begin wat ongemakkelijk voelde.

Maar dat gevoel verdween snel. Alles is schoon, het bed ligt heerlijk en de twee heren zijn uiterst galant en zorgzaam. Het ontbijt is overvloedig en erg lekker. Voor deze prijs is dit een fijne plek om te verblijven en zeker aan te raden.
