Cons:

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it will be my last. Having visited previously with my family and had an excellent experience, I was shocked by the decline in quality over the last two years.
This time, traveling with my daughter, we were assigned an extremely small room with no balcony, facing a dirty lightwell filled with pigeon droppings. Because the hotel is enclosed by adjacent buildings, this level felt like a basement. After complaining, we were moved to another small room with a window and a tiny balcony—still facing the same lightwell just 1.5 meters from the next building—but we were charged an additional €15 per night for this 'upgrade'.
The breakfast was also a letdown, offering very limited choices more typical of a 3-star property. To make matters worse, there was an extra charge for any coffee other than basic filter coffee (e.g., cappuccino).
On a positive note, the staff was polite and helpful, and the room was kept clean. However, these points were not enough to save the experience. It is a real shame to see such a high-potential hotel lose its standards so rapidly

Pros:

Jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Dostałem duży pokój z balkonem i widokiem na morze. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum starego miasta bardzo blisko portu spacerkiem 5 minut.. W Hotelu jest winda. Pierwszy Parking podziemny znajduje się przy Hotelu po drugiej stronie drogi w cenie 15 euro za 24h.. i auto parkuje obsługa parkingu . Drugi podziemny parking znajduje się 90 m od Hotelu za małym rondem w cenie 11euro za dobę i ten parking polecam bo tam parkowałem samochód, duże szerokie miejsca parkujesz samochód sam i spacerkiem 3 minuty do Hotelu. Przy drodze nie polecam parkować nawet jeśli by były wolne miejsca przed Hotelem ze względu na bezpieczeństwo twojego samochodu z wypożyczalni. Zapłać te parę euro i śpij spokojnie.
Obsługa miła Hotel czysty.. Hotel dla ludzi którzy czas spędzają na mieście. Jest klimatyzacja. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie czyste. Jeśli będziesz spał przy otwartym oknie lub balkonie może być głośno w nocy bo jednak Hotel znajduje się przy głównej drodze w centrum a za drogą jest morze.

Cons:

Mało miejsca na śniadaniu. Ale tego nie przeskoczymy taka architektura Hotelu. Kawa Cappuccino czy Late Machciato jest za dopłatą 2 euro Kawa w dzbanku filtrowana jest gratis.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο και σίγουρα δεν θα ναι η τελευταία, η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική δίπλα σε παρκινγκ και στο κέντρο της πόλης του Ηρακλείου, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και το πρωινό μια χαρά!

Kleine Zimmer ,aber sehr feine Zimmer und schöne Deko und sehr gute Matratzen. Neue Bäder und alles top sauber. .Das Personal super nett.Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer gebucht.Das Zimmer ohne Meerblick hatte nur ein Fenster zu einer Mauer. Es gab keine Aussicht. Für uns, für eine Übernachtung,nicht schlimm.

Ideal location for a couple of days in Heraklion
Pros:

Location is the best. Easy 10 minute walk to Lion square. Great restaurants within 10 minutes especially Parasties. Good selection for breakfast, comfy beds, friendly staff, good shower pressure.

Cons:

Our room, seaview, was quite compact. Coffee pods only given for the first night.
The area is a bit run down but a lot of the city is away from the centre. Despite this, you felt quite safe.

A great location. They are near the center, lots of restaurants and shopping. There is one parking spot that is open to any hotel guest. Make sure to check it’s availability. Free parking lots are farther, there is a paid parking lot nearby. Breakfast is very simple, but enough to get you on your day.

face à la mer, propre, bon petit déjeuner, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, balcons, personnel sympathique, à 200m des rues marchandes.

besoin de tout inspecter à l'arrivée car on vous demande l'empreinte de votre carte en se réservant le droit de facturer d'éventuelles dégradations (ne faisant pas l'objet d'un état des lieux en notre présence). moi qui voyage beaucoup, c'est bien la première fois qu'un hôtel l'exige. très peu de place en salle pour le petit déjeuner, seulement 3 tables de deux personnes très rapprochées. canapé extrêmement dur pour dormir (pour troisième personne).

Kleines Komfortables Hotel am Meer und nahe am Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Kleines Hotel am Meer und Stadt. Parkhaus mit Valet Parking ist 2min entfernt direkt um die Ecke. Schöne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein kleines, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit hübsch gestalteten Zmmern und herrlichem Blick zum Meer. Sehr liebevolle und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Lage zur Innenstadt grandios. Beste Busverbindungen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.
