Peace, nature and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We stayed at Senda Kokkos Beach and absolutely loved our stay.

The property is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. The rooms are stunning, comfortable, and blend perfectly with the surrounding nature.

We received a very warm welcome from Lisete, but honestly every single member of the team we met throughout our stay was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment.

Staying here honestly feels like stepping into an episode of The White Lotus—just without all the drama. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from everyday life, slow down, and reconnect with nature. There is no background music around the hotel, only the sound of the waves and the local birds, which we personally loved and found incredibly relaxing.

The restaurant may seem a little expensive at first glance, but it actually offers options for different budgets, and every meal we had was of outstanding quality. The prices are absolutely justified by the freshness, presentation, and taste of the food.

We also enjoyed a massage at the spa. It was excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

Finally, we had to make an unexpected change to our reservation because of a family emergency. The hotel manager was incredibly understanding, flexible, and helpful throughout the process, and we are truly grateful for her support.

We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Senda Kokkos Beach to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay near Tayrona National Park.

Cons:

The only thing to keep in mind is that the sea in front of the hotel is very rough, making it unsafe to swim. However, we spent our time enjoying the beautiful scenery, reading by the pool, and relaxing. If you’re looking to swim in the Caribbean, you can do so at the beaches inside Tayrona National Park.

Excelente ubicación muy fácil de llegar por cualquier medio de transporte desde Santa Marta, y muy cerca al Parque Tayrona. El menú variado y muy rico. Atención de calidad por parte del personal y mucha amabilidad. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el hotel tiene mucha calma y silencio, solo se escucha el mar

Algo que no les resta absolutamente nada a toda la experiencia y probablemente sea algo que se salió de su control fue que dejó de haber agua fría para tomar disponible en la recepción. Pero nuevamente, esto no opaca absolutamente nada

Excelente atención
Pros:

Excelente atención del personal, lugar muy relajante, muy buena comida.

Cons:

Nunca entregan las habitaciones antes de las 3 así estén disponibles.
Aunque sabíamos que la playa no era apta para bañarse hace falta un espacio para acceder al mar.

Lugar espectacular con instalaciones modernas y cómodas
Pros:

La zona, la playa, el restaurante y las instalaciones en general, es un hotel que lleva poco operando y todo está semi nuevo e incluso tiene un parking "subterráneo" que ayuda a que no se calienten demasiado los carros.

Ah y el restaurante si bien es algo costoso, la comida que sirven es muy rica, recomendado.

En general, cuenta con excelentes instalaciones.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y agradables. También nos quedamos en las Villas, éstas son más grandes y tienen piscina privada pero me quedo con las habitaciones, las villas las deberían limpiar con algo más de esmero, vi algunas cosas poco agradables.

En general, las almohadas me parecieron muy "altas" deberían manejar al menos dos tipos de almohadas para poder escoger.

Tranquilidad y comodidad a buen precio
Pros:

Este hotel es simplemente estupendo, la gente que trabaja es súper amable y te facilitan muchísimo la estancia. El restaurante es magnífico la comida buenísima. El desayuno no es buffet pero tienes variedad y distintas opciones para elegir. La tranquilidad es lo que más se valora. Además tiene un gimnasio bastante completo. Pasamos 2 días y lamentamos no quedarnos más. Tienes la entrada a Tayrona al lado y hay autobuses urbano. Lo recomendaría 100%

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la carretera principal y frente al mar. Las instalaciones son muy bellas y las áreas de playa y piscina.

Cons:

Te piden hacer una reserva para asistir al restaurante en horas de comida , sea desayuno, almuerzo o cena, sin embargo nos pasó en dos oportunidades que no tenían algunos de los insumos para ciertos platos. Igualmente nos pasó con las toallas que se piden en el restaurante varias veces en las que fuimos a pedirlas, no habían. La comida en el restaurante está bien, pero no creo que corresponda a los precios.
