Soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo molto vicino al centro di Vienna

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato complessivamente molto positivo.
Devo ammettere che il primo impatto non è stato dei migliori, poiché la camera inizialmente assegnatami non rispondeva alle mie aspettative. Tuttavia, ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la qualità del servizio e dell'accoglienza. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e professionale, impegnandosi concretamente per trovare una soluzione e assegnarmi una camera diversa già dal giorno successivo. Ho apprezzato molto l'attenzione e la cura dedicate alla mia richiesta.
Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione dell'hotel: molto comoda per raggiungere il centro città grazie alla presenza di due linee della metropolitana nelle immediate vicinanze. Inoltre, la vicinanza al Prater rappresenta un ulteriore valore aggiunto per chi desidera visitare Vienna.
Una menzione speciale va infine alla colazione, che ho trovato davvero eccellente, sia per la qualità che per la varietà dell'offerta.
In conclusione, grazie alla professionalità del personale, all'ottima posizione e all'eccellente colazione, lascio l'hotel con un'impressione decisamente positiva e lo consiglierei volentieri.

Pros:

Lokalita, pokud Vám přidělí standartní nikoli střešní pokoj tak je to fajn.

Cons:

Během registrace dali pokoj který byl menší než na fotkách, a nedalo se tam vůbec spat protože postel byla u střechy tak nízko že se tam težké neudělat úraz hlavy. V noci pak jsem musel vyměnit pokoj na ten který jsem objednal. Snídaně podle mé zkušenosti je drahé.
