Good food and a beautiful location, but too many issues with service, cleanliness and organisation to consider this a tr
Pros:

The location is beautiful and peaceful, although quite remote. The food in the hotel restaurant was genuinely very good. One of the best in the neighbourhood.

Cons:

The service was often very slow and disorganised, with orders sometimes arriving only partially. Our suite was not properly equipped; we were missing basic items such as pans, plates and glasses and had to ask for them. Housekeeping was disappointing as well: apart from receiving plenty of towels, the bathroom, toilet and kitchen were not properly cleaned.

The biggest disappointment was the boat trip. We had agreed and paid for five hours, but after 3,5 hours the captain was instructed to return. The total experience was gone actually. And unfortunately this was not resolved properly

Cons:

Piscine à 11€/personne, stationnement dans la rue, chambre en arrière sans vue et un port de chambre qui laisse passer absolument tous les bruits extérieurs !
Pas de plage, mer sale, par contre des établissements avec Rooftop juste a coté pour profiter d’un coucher de soleil splendide !!

Pros:

Obiekt nowy, bardzo ładnie urządzony z pięknym widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja ok 2 km do centrum Wlory - spacer deptakiem ale w pobliżu są restauracje i sklepy. Do dyspozycji gości leżaki przy morzu - ale nie ma typowej plaży tylko są kamienie. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu przy obiekcie 10 eur dorosły i 5 eur dziecka. Basen olimpijski. Śniadania dostępne na dole w restauracji w przystępnej cenie ok 4,5 eur. Parking dostępny przy hotelu.

Überteuerte Suiten ohne Luxus
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Aussicht aufs Meer.

Cons:

Leider werden die Suiten mit luxus kategorisiert, was sie nicht sind und auch nicht 4 Sterne verdient haben. Der Blick war zwar traumhaft aber das Sofa hatte eckelige Flecken, vieles war beschädigt an den Möbeln, nicht überall sauber, die Rollos im Wohnzimmer waren kaputt und an sich war die Wohnung viel zu hell. Im Schlafzimmer fiel die Sonne um 7h ins Gesicht. Als Grund wurde uns gesagt, dass alle Zimmer anders wären und nicht alle Menschen es dunkel mögen aber für alle anderen gibt es ja dann keine Möglichkeit es dunkler zu machen... Die Logik haben wir nicht verstanden. Es gab auch keine Entschädigung. Also war an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken. Die Fernbedienung einer Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
In der Nachricht vor der Ankunft mit allen Informationen vom Hotel wurde Kaffee für den ersten Morgen in der Suite versprochen, den es nicht gab. Zumindest aber eine grosse Flasche Wasser wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.
Insgesamt für 240 €/Nacht überteuert und schade, weil wir uns darauf sehr gefreut haben.

Too expensive for this accommodation
Pros:

Was clean and beautiful view from the balcony. Convenient enough space

Cons:

Was a lot to walk to the Appartement with a toddler. In-house restaurant was way more expensive than the alternatives around. We did not use the beach next to it, was too small

Pros:

Nell’appartamento moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. Letto molto comodo con splendide lenzuola. Personale gentile e disponibile ma non sempre organizzato.

Cons:

La spiaggia, definirla tale è un eufemismo. Bella posizione tranquilla ma il nostro appartamento era in cima a una collina molto faticoso salire e scendere. Il centro di Valona è abbastanza lontano a piedi e scomodo in macchina

Family-Friendly Suites with a Beautiful View of the sea and Sazan Island
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The views are absolutely amazing, and the suites are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We traveled with a baby, and the suite worked very well for our family. Having a kitchen was a huge plus for preparing meals and cleaning baby bottles, making everything much more convenient.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few steps between the suites and the beach, as well as the restaurant where breakfast and lunch are served. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility.
Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

La habitacion estaba muy bien, espaciosa y muy comoda.

Cons:

La piscina es de pago, no nos avisaron en el hotel y nos echaron de la piscina de malas maneras, cuando la primera fotografía que se ve en el booking es una super piscina.
Las duchas sin presión, no nos podiamos duchar dos personas a la vez.
No recomiendo ni repetiría.
