لقد تجاوز الموظفون كل التوقعات. كانت الشقة المكونة من غرفتي نوم استثنائية في جميع الجوانب. إطلالة بانورامية جميلة على السيتي مول. لقد تم الحفاظ على الغرفة نظيفة للغاية طوال فترة إقامتنا التي استمرت لمدة ٤ ايام. يوصى به بشدة للعائلات. اشكر موظفين خدمة تنظيف الغرف واخص بالذكر الموظفة فرح وايضا الشكر الموصول للسيد جميل مدير قسم خدمة تنظيف الغرف على الاهتمام ب أدق التفاصيل والاهتمام ب تلبية طلباتنا ب اسرع وقت

معاكم اختكم فاطمه من الكويت ، الفندق من اروع الفنادق وأنظفها وكل شي مرتب والتعامل من الاستقبال في منتهى الاحترام والاخلاق الطيبه الاساتذه عبدالرحمن وحسين وزيد ومن المطعم كل الاخوات واشكرهم لتعاونهم معنا جزيل الشكر والاخ اللي ساعدنا ياسين ومن الامن الاخ ابو احمد ونصيحه مني ويشهد الله علي انه من افضل اماكن الاقامه للعائلات فيه حيث الراحه والنظافه والهدوء والتعاون تجدونه 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

يضعو سعر بالبوكينق لإغراء العميل واذا حجز العميل يجعلك تغير حجزك بحجة ان البطاقه غير صالحه واذا غيرت البطاقه يتغير السعر إلى اظعاف وعندما اتصلت ببوكينج رجعو حجزي بنفس السعر اللذي حجزت به اول مره وقام الفندق بإلغاء الحجز . فندق سيء واداره سيئه

Cons:

They discriminated against my cousin for being over weight by pointing him out at the breakfast table and attempted to express he was not a guest at the hotel. Once he proved he was a guest, they wanted him to pay for his breakfast right away….before he even got to eat.

In general a very good and comfortable long stay in a family suite and will come back to the same place again with hopes
Pros:

Next to shopping mall and a distant away from another big mall. Good location to places of interest. Room is spacious and clean. Room service came everyday to clean the room especially kitchen and toilet.

Cons:

Hope to see variety of breakfast choices Arabic and European. And also expect to see in future that the breakfast will be provided with different dishes each and everyday especially for a long stay customers. Kitchen in the family suite should be provided with a microwave and some utensils like spoon and fork at the very least. Free drinking water should be top up at least two to three bottles a day. Hope to see the cleaner to vacuum the room or provide the vacuum cleaner for a family suite room. Hopefully to see 24 hrs room service too for food and drink.
