Pros:

The staff were really nice, the location was very suitable, the room had great space, and they upgraded us for 3 nights for free which was great!

Cons:

The towels smelled a bit bad, the shampoo and shower gel were empty and we had to ask for a refill multiple times, and they would only refill a small amount.
