Brak możliwości korzystania z prysznica, problemy z energią elektryczną. Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku.

Widok na wodospad

Cons:

Kilka sekund po odkręceniu ciepłej wody pod prysznicem wyłączał się prąd w całym domku. Zadzwoniliśmy do obsługi z prośbą o interwencję. Pk trzecim telefonie wreszcie przyszedł pracownik nie mówiący po angielsku. Kiedy zrozumiał w czym jest problem, spędził w naszej łazience 30 minut. Kiedy poprosiliśmy, aby wyszedł powiedział, że naprawią to jutro. Po długiej podróży przez Sri Lankę prysznic jest naprawdę potrzebny. Od obsługi nie usłyszeliśmy nawet przepraszam. Dodatkowo w pokoju zarezerwowanym na cztery osoby mieliśmy dwa ręczniki. Odmówiono nam przyniesienia dodatkowych dwóch.

Pros:

The chalet was in the perfect location with the st Clair falls in the vicinity. The Chalet was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.
