Best place to stay in Dahab!
Pros:

Perfect place to relax. One of the few quality places in Dahab. Lovely owners and manager which make you feel right at home! Amazing interiors, spacious studio and incredible rooftop.

Pros:

I liked Dar Dahab very much. Firstly, the owner and staff are wonderfully hospitable, friendly and helpful. The building itself is designed and built in an elegant manner, combining some traditional elements with modern ones. The ambience is perfect. Facilities were adequate and the manner in which the place is run, was to my liking.

Cons:

Some maintenance is needed to keep everything working and looking their best — e.g. outdoor chairs need checking for broken parts, some indoor wooden surfaces need repainting, kitchen door units need attention. Additionally, daily attention is needed to keep the beach area clear of stones, rubbish and seaweed — this can easily be done by daily sweeping the sands clean, as is done on some of the neighbouring beach fronts. The rooftop terrace needs some attention too.

Best stay in Dahab
Pros:

- Beautiful building and rooms. Lots of attention to the little details, very cool and relaxed vibe.
- Big and spacious room, lots of light. I stayed in a room facing a narrow street, still got tons of sunlight and could hear the ocean.
- Near the ocean and the ocean walk.
- Near to shops, supermarkets and cafes.
- Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

- From the description on booking.com it sounded as if there was a restaurant on site. That was not the case. I did not affect my stay or my rating of it, but I found the information misleading. You could order food, at least for breakfast.
- Breakfast from 9. As an early riser I ended cooking my own breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed about the start time if I would have wanted to order.
- A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice, such as bigger pots & pans or a microwave.

Pros:

We really enjoyed staying at Dar Dahab, the location was right on the beach. Surprisingly swimming was so much fun on that beach and you can snorkel right out of the hotel. The staff and the owner are extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend the Dar and I will definitely go back.

It felt like home
Pros:

It truly felt like home. The staff give you the freedom to use the place as if it were your own, and once you check out, you simply pay for anything if needed. There are also snorkeling sets, towels, and shoes available free of charge — you just need to take care of them as if they were yours.
The location is amazing, and the shared spaces are lovely. You might even get the chance to meet the owner — such a beautiful and inspiring lady!
