Pros:

Personnel très serviable et sympathique, literie très confortable. Chambre suffisamment grande.
Nous avons utilisé les services d'Emma, le guide local particulièrement professionnel, efficace et discret. Les expériences proposées sont uniques.

Pros:

La demoiselle qui nous a accueilli, était présente tout le temps de notre séjour, elle était très souriante agréable et compétente. Notre chambre donnait sur un salon très confortable et calme. La nourriture était bonne. Très bon déjeuner.

Cons:

Il manquait un porte manteau pour pendre nos vêtements.

Mianzi is a beautiful guesthouse that needs some work
Pros:

Beautiful, immaculate guesthouse set off the main road facing the volcano. Livia's service was excellent and prompt.

Cons:

The plumbing needs work. In one room there was no hot water and in the second there was only a trickle and you can't shower with a trickle of water. I hope they attend to this for future guests

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, good kitchen. Silent street in a noisy kisoro. Very good bed. Good breakfast, possibility to order sandwich lunch for take away, good dinner. I would certainly go back to this place.
