Over the pool: The pool is seasonal and will be available from December to May.

Lovely breakfast for additional price but many different options to choose from. Pool on the highest floor is a great bonus after long and humid days in Lima. Staff friendly and helpful. Good wifi in the rooms. About 15-20 mins to walk to the center of Barranco. All was fine :)

Affordable efficiency on the border of Miraflores and walkable to so much!
Pros:

Perfect efficiency! Walkable to water, restaurants, grocery stores. On the border of Miraflores but much more affordable! The small kitchenette was just what we needed to eat some meals in. Hotel staff were very helpful!

Cons:

The only thing to be aware of is that there is only AC in the bedroom. It was not hot while we’re there so it wasn’t an issue.

Hot shower though not great pressure. It's an apartment with fridge, kettle, gas burner to cook. Large lounge and bedroom with courtyard that window opens to. Close to mini market, chemist and a few eateries. Has hairdryer, heater and cooler fan. 1 extra blanket. Sufficient Breakfast included that had fixed options to choose from. Eggs, toast(no butter)coffee. You have to choose option with milk otherwise pay extra for milk. Very friendly hotel staff.

Cons:

Bed was hard. No toaster. Cold water only through sink taps.

I stumbled upon this place while looking for something off the beaten path, and honestly, it’s one of the best hotel decisions I’ve ever made.
From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve discovered a secret paradise. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet, beautiful location — far enough from the crowds but still convenient. The architecture and design are stunning: a perfect blend of modern comfort and local charm that makes you want to take photos of every corner.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. I slept better here than I have in months. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom was luxurious with amazing hot water pressure, and the little thoughtful touches (fresh flowers, local snacks, and a killer view) made it feel special.
But what really sets this place apart is the service. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. They remembered my name, gave excellent local recommendations, and even surprised me with a small upgrade on my second night.
The breakfast was outstanding — fresh, generous, and full of flavor. The pool area and gardens are perfect for relaxing with a book or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
If you’re tired of the big chain hotels and want something authentic, relaxing, and truly memorable, this hidden gem is it. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Cons:

The elevator was painfully slow and took forever. So i just walked the stairs and it was fine .. I liked the hotel alot and dont have much bad to say
