Over the pool: The pool is seasonal and will be available from December to May.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Good hotel with great staff.
Pros:

The staff was great! They were very helpful and friendly. The communication was great and I appreciated very much that someone was at the front 24 hours a day. I liked the location. Although it wasn't in the hip area of Barranco, it was a short walk away from it. The coast and the Miraflores neighbourhood were close and easily walkable. The apartment was big, had everything we needed, and it was also quiet. The pool / patio was a nice place to chill. The value of the place was great as well.

Cons:

There was unfortunately no view outside from the apartment we stayed in, although there was daylight: One window was towards the sky-lighted atrium. (Maybe it said this in the description and I missed it.) And although there was always warm water, the shower could use an update.

Just perfect
Pros:

Perfect apartment hotel, with excellent location. Super clean, and spacious room, well equipped kitchen and kind, English speaking staff. The small pool is an extra benefit

Pros:

Все очень чисто, приятно и аккуратно. Бассейн на крыше работал. Завтрак вкусный. Персонал говорит по английски, если нужно. Заказали машину от и до аэропорта.

Pros:

The room and staff were friendly! The kitchen and bedrooms are spacious were neat and clean. The area was quiet too so it was nice.

Cons:

Location is a little far from some attractions (Bridge of sighs, mural/art district) like a 30 min walk - but its super close to MAC Lima which was super nice! The AC in the room can be a little on the loud side but I like sleeping with noise so it wasn't an issue for me (might be for others)
