Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room is literally falling apart
I cannot imagine how this hotel has 4 Stars rating
The wind was blowing from every window and even from the wall behind the bed
As it was raining water was leaking inside the room in huge amount
The room service is very random: every time something was missing and we need to call multiple times to send water, tea, and towels
The mattress has a huge rusty crack to both sides
The shower glass wall was not fixed and half of the water was leaking outside the shower
The window in the shower has seals broken and cold wind was flowing when it was closed

Pros:

Läget var bra, nära affärer och apoteket. Persolalen var trvliga specielt minibussföraren Ahmad var trevlig och kände till bra ställen att besöka och bra kaffer.

Cons:

Vi är inte rökare, så vi kunde känna röklykten i vårt rum.

נהנינו היה נעים ונוח בכללי

ארוחת בוקר טובה ועונה על הדרישות שלי

Cons:

מכבים את המזגן לאחר השעה 1 או 2 בליליה וזה מפריע לי . שאני רגיל בבית לישון עם מזגן כל הלילה .

كانت خدمة حلوة بالاستقبال من طرف السيد احمد، وايضاً عاملين النظافة خدمتهم محترمة ولطيفين.
موقع الفندق جميل جدًا قريب من كل شيء ومريح.

Cons:

ملاحظات لتحسين الاقامة بالفندق : كان في حاجة يومية تقريبًا لصيانة شيء معين، مثل التلفزيون او الماء الساخن بالحمام.
الفندق موقعه حلو والغرف وسيعة لو يكون صيانة صحيحة لفترة طويلة وليس صيانة مؤقتة ليوم او يومين .

الاقامة كانت جميلة، الموقع رائع قريب من كل شيء، كل المشاوير كانت مع السائق احمد خطيب معاملته جدًا محترمة ومريحة.

كان تقصير من العامل شادي في الاستقبال طريقة التعامل والردود ما كانت بطريقة جميلة ومريحة للزبائن.
