The staff were brilliant, right from we arrived they were very accommodating and welcoming. The location was excellent, 5 min drive from Fira and just a 20 min drive from Oia. Overall the property was clean, elegant, luxurious and definitely 5 star. Having your breakfast delivered to your door each morning was definitely a added bonus. And the views from our terrace were exceptional. Overall we had a brilliant stay at Pnoe luxury suites.

We stayed at Pnoe Luxury Suites for three nights in late October, and everything was just perfect!
The location is very convenient — only about 20 minutes to Oia and 10 minutes to the airport.

One of the best things about this stay was how smoothly everything could be handled through WhatsApp. Whether it was arranging a private driver, requesting extra towels, or cleaning up after our child accidentally spilled juice — the staff responded immediately and with such kindness.

We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old daughter, so having plenty of bottled water provided daily was really appreciated, especially for making milk. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

We also booked a private car for a full-day island tour, and it was absolutely wonderful!
Highly recommend this place for families or couples looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay with amazing views and top-notch hospitality.

And don’t miss Roza Restaurant nearby — it was absolutely amazing!

I loved everything about this luxury stay. Breakfast each morning, a nice calm and relaxing stay, a heated pool, and an amazing host that helped plan our stay in Santorini.

Hervorragendes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit aufgehender Sonne. Der geheizte Pool hat den Kindern sehr viel Spass gemacht. Die Lage ist gut, nahe der Fira. Empfehlenswert, preislich eher hohes Niveau, Santorini halt....

From the very first moment, we knew this place was something truly special. Dimitris welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that it felt like coming home to old friends. Within minutes, we felt not like guests, but part of something unique.

Our suite was a dream: sunrises painting the sky in gold and orange, visible straight from the bed, overlooking the endless sea. The heated pool was – and this really deserves to be said – truly warm, perfect for an early swim while watching the island come to life.

One of the absolute highlights was the floating breakfast – beautifully arranged, fresh, and full of variety. Enjoying breakfast in the pool, under the Santorini sun, with that breathtaking view – pure perfection.

But what truly makes PNOE so exceptional are the people:
Fanouria was always there for us, no matter what we needed – from restaurant bookings to something as small as finding a lighter. Her dedication, warmth, and attention to every little detail go far beyond what anyone could call “service.” This is Next Level Hospitality – defined by genuine care and heart.

A particularly touching moment was how the team helped organize the birthday surprise for my wife. Flowers, decorations, drinks – everything was arranged with so much love that it honestly left us speechless.

In the morning, when the sun rises over the sea and the sky fills with light, you realize that PNOE is not accommodation – it’s an exclusive hideaway with soul.
Later, wrapped in soft blankets, surrounded by candlelight and peace, you understand why guests don’t just leave here – they take a piece of Santorini with them.
