A pleasant stay at a clean and well positioned property. The facilities were excellent and the hosts were extremely acco
Pros:

It was very clean and well equipped. Location wise, it was excellent. Only a short walk to Naxxar square which was full of places to eat and drink.

The roof terrace was a lovely sun trap.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the brick in the bathroom and they did come out onto the underside of the glass on the shelf and one night on the floor.

There wasn’t a lot of hot water for showering and after around 6-7 minutes, the water went cold. Also the television did not have any channels whatsoever.

I had the accessible room but there was not a lot of natural light which was a shame and it was very noisy in the mornings with traffic and pedestrians. Also because the emergency exit was in the room, there was a green flashing light in the ceiling and a continuous green light on the wall opposite the bed.

A little gem in Naxxar¹
Pros:

We spent 5 days here whilst visiting my mother in the local care home. This was our 1st time staying in Naxxar and the Sbejha Guest House exceeded our expectations.l! The location is fantastic - 5 mins to the care home and 5 mins to the centre of the town and is situated in a quiet alley. Its a beautiful property, a traditional Maltese house, which has clearly been renovated with love and care to ensure it delivers everything you could possibly need for your stay. Simple but stylish and so clean, it brought back happy childhood memories of staying with my grandparents! The communal lounge and roof top terrace were great to be able to relax and take advantage of the winter sunshine. Definitely somewhere we would return to.

Cons:

Having some mobility issues, due to a chronic back condition, I did find the stairs to our room quite challenging at times to climb so next time I would look to book a room on a lower level .

Stay here if you want a clean room, great service and close to all attractions
Pros:

This was the perfect stay. Great central location close to everything also with a bus stop 2 minutes away. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and had every amenity you would need! The owner Carl and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - couldn’t fault this place and would definitely stay again.

All in all, a wonderful time was had by myself and my husband. I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Pros:

The guesthouse was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our needs. The owners have put a lot of thought and care into providing a welcoming place to stay. The location is great. Some lovely eateries close by and the bus stops a couple of minutes walk away.

Great building, styling and hygiene. The host, Carl, was very pleasing and welcoming. A great place to visit and we'll be returning!
