Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Ottima posizione, stanza sufficientemente grande e pulita, sembrava nuova! Mare a 10 passi, ma volendo c’è anche una piccola piscina. Colazione sotto il patio carina e buona, sia dolce che salata. Parcheggio in loco.

Personale davvero gentile e disponibile!

Pros:

Struttura di recente costruzione, camere dotate di aria condizionata e frigo.
Colazione ricca servita all’aperto, disponibilità a custodire i bagagli dopo il check out.
Dalla nostra stanza con balcone vista mare abbiamo potuto osservare l’alba tutte le mattine.
Posizione comoda, vicinissimo al lungo mare, ottima sia per raggiungere il centro sia come base per raggiungere le spiagge di Elafonissi, Falasarna, Tiny beach.

Cons:

Il proprietario chiede l’orario di arrivo e partenza in anticipo perché nella struttura durante il giorno, se non a colazione, non c’è nessuno.
Poca chiarezza sull’orario della colazione, inizialmente ci è stato comunicato che non sarebbe stata servita prima delle 9, dopo aver insistito un po’ e vista la richiesta anche di altri ospiti è stata anticipata alle 8.
Doccia senza porta né tenda (molto comune a Creta), si allaga il pavimento del bagno ad ogni utilizzo.
Non tutte le stanze hanno le finestre dotate di oscuranti, nella nostra c’erano delle tende più spesse.

Nice stay in Kissamos
Pros:

Lovely and welcoming staff and nice and cosy house. The breakfast was good. The apartment had 2 balconies and a beautiful sea view and was located near the beach restaurants.

Cons:

The beach in front of the house is not one of the best in the area. Although I recommend this apartment, I would also recommend visiting the other beaches on the west coast (easily reachable by car or taxi).

I left and found another hotel in a nearby town and did not even stay there.
Pros:

The actual building was spotless clean and well designed.

Cons:

The area was ugly and depressing and they were building a huge addition and it blocked my view and was very noisy.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Our recent stay at this delightful property was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, we were particularly impressed by the fresh and pleasant scent of the towels, which added a lovely touch of comfort.

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were very accommodating to all our needs and requests, ensuring that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was tasty, with a delightful variety each day that brought a homely taste of Greece.The amenities in the room, including air conditioning and a smart TV, added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Pros:

The stuff was amazing!, very nice, helpfull and warm. At 4 a.m. Heinrich came to say us goodby when we leave the hotel to fly back home. Really recommend.
