Important information:

Please note that the property offers free 2-way transfer from the center of Chania.

We provide a service between 7:30 am until 2:00 pm for the house keeping service (Changing of the towels, bedsheets, cleaning, etc. )
Bedsheets should be change every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

J’ai aimé l’accueil, le petit déjeuner et la piscine. L’emplacement était top et on avait un chauffeur à notre disponibilité gratuitement.

Upon a hill
Pros:

Location outside of town and provision of transfers to town. Parking is nightmare in Chania don't do it use transfers.
Room itself is typical business hotel room, no kettle is provided but coffee machine is. Breakfast has good variety and choice and most importantly spectacular views overlooking Chania. I would recommend visiting breakfast or dinner even if won't be staying.

Cons:

Mattress softness was not to my liking but that's a personal thing. Also annoying yanks who were jetlagged and kept yapping in the balcony in middle of the night. Nothing to do with hotel

Lovely staff, excellent location - we had a great stay at this hotel !
Pros:

Lovely location just outside of Chania center. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, was very delicious, and is served in the rooftop restaurant with fanatastic view over Chania and the bay - a great way to start the day. Also definately recommend the restaurant for dinner - superb food and spectacular sundown view!
Excellent service, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and water was provided daily. The onsite laundry services were perfect as we were travelling for 12 days with a 15kg limit, laundry tablets are available at the reception.
Large outside swimmingpool, unfortunately not heated and the weather had not been great up till then so the water was very cold, but during summer it must be great! I definately hope to return!

Cons:

The showers could use some renovation, they are a bit small and in both ours and the teenagers rooms water leaked into the bathroom during showering. In the junior suite the rubber on the door was missing. But on a positive note, the water pressure was amazing, one of the best I have come across during our travels!
Hairdryer had a safety against overheating so it shut down every 2-3 minutes, but with a little patience I managed to dry my hair (I have very thick hair).
Finding a parking spot on-site was often a challenge in the evening as the parking area is also used by customers of the restaurant, but we always managed to find a spot :-).

mooie kamer beneden met terrasje, dicht bij het zwembad. kleinere maar goeie badkamer. vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was gevarieerd. Prachtig zicht op Chania vanuit het restaurant. lekkere keuken . Gratis shuttledienst naar de stad. Zeer tevreden.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Location was fantastic- quiet but with excellent minibus service to nearby town from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the car hire direct from the hotel was great.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, great breakfast!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of variety and very fresh.
The reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Très très bien
Pros:

Le personnel , l'emplacement , la vue , le restaurant, la piscine, la navette gratuite, la salle de sport, la vue et aussi la vue.

Cons:

Les murs manquent d'insonorisation. Le sol et mur tapisserie sont pas parfait. Salle de bain un peu petite. Restaurant un peu bruyant.
