Peaceful around the hotel and friendly staff
There were some things in the room with dust
Reservamos este hotel-finca con ciertas dudas por algunos comentarios negativos sobre limpieza, pero la realidad fue totalmente distinta. Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, con un aseo impecable y la piscina en buenas condiciones.
La persona encargada (una mujer muy atenta que desafortunadamente no recordamos el nombre) nos brindó un servicio excelente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Mucha calidez y profesionalismo.
Recomendamos este lugar sin dudarlo. No se dejen llevar por críticas pasadas: nuestra experiencia fue 100% positiva y con seguridad volveremos.

It is a beautiful house, with nice gardens and spaces.
Personal was kind at the check in and they helped us with with a request at the beginning of the night when the kitchen was already closed.
One of the rooms wasn't clean at all. Bed was made, but sheets were dirty with a lot of stains. One bed was totally a mess.
There were cockroaches in one of the bedrooms and the answer was that it is normal because the hotel is located in a country side.
There is no food service at all, not even by request.
They only have a little refrigerator with some sodas and little bottles of water. No snacks, bar or something like that, so you need to carry your own food before you get to the hotel.
Pool wasn't cleaned also, it was full of tree leaves and we also saw a lot of dirty at the bottom.
Hotel personal was very rude when we asked them to allow us to receive a couple of friends to have dinner in the hotel (A dinner that our friends were bringing there, because as I said before, there is no restaurant service), so the guy in charge told us that they can only stay for 45 minutes, and as the arrived a bit late, then told us that they can only stay for 30 minutes. Finally we had to have dinner outside the hotel doors in the street with them and our kids.
The next day he apologized with us for the situation blaming the hotel owner, but at the end, the didn't do anything to help us.
Luckily for us, our stay was only for one night.
