The staff. They were friendly
Rooms photos are deceiving. They have nothing to do with reality. Nobody came to clean the rooms . Plumbing issues . Friendly staff . Poor breakfast. If you just want to spend a night for just sleeping, it is o.k. but it is not a place to enjoy your time in .
The price for Egyptian citizens is different from the price set for non Egyptian citizens.
Nothing at all
Old rooms, none working equipment, smelly bathrooms, leaking pipes, no toiletries, none responsive to come and service TV giving a lot of excuses
Big room with pool view.
Breakfast was basic. We requested a vegan breakfast and they made it but it was quite poor, only egyptian foul (bean cream) with bread, smashed potatoes and french fries.
Water did not work in the morning (maybe they were doing a maintenance because when we called them they knew it was coming back in few minutes).
A perfect place for an overnight stop before leaving the Nile Valley for the oases further West. Very friendly staff and the resto serves excellent pasta dishes. Spotlessly clean rooms with balcony overlooking the blue swimming pools in the garden.
Like in all Asyut, nearby cement factories are an eyesore.
Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff can't do enough for you and very attentive. Lots of spaces around the many pool. Food was good. Fantastic range for breakfast.

Quality standards for the price and the area. We were lucky to find this hotel in Assiout which isn't a touristic place, especially with our 2 years old daughter
